Location, cleanliness courteous staff

It would be helpful to have a paper map of Sukabumi.

All good, clean comfortable no issues

Only a small issue but the staff need to be trained to make coffee properly It was weak and tepid but that is not a real big issue.

The location was good, close to the Harmony bus station, and with a short walk you could reach several money exchange offices. Room cleanliness was average, and the staff behavior was good.

the bed sheets were stained and had holes.

Location was good. But construction was everywhere making it difficult to walk.

Sound proof the room better. Could hear people entering and leaving their rooms.

Cheap hotel, clean, staff very polite, beside hotel is McDonalds.

Room is clean, bathroom also, noise from outside did not disturbing even though location is in main street. Just stay one night after my overtime. This hotel is nice, might consider to stay again. Keep up the good work, God bless

Location is great, unfortunately the MRT project is still going on, causing the traffic congestion. Staffs are very professional. Hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Wifi should be better. It disconnects frequently and hard to keep it going especially if you are in the middle of working.

In general, all are great, only hotel is bad and I may not recommend the hotel to my friends.

The room is dirty and frowsty. The atmosphere in the room is too bad, especially when opening air conditioner, it speads the fug whole room, cannot breath freely. The bedsheet, the blanket all are dirty, stained and contaminated. It like there are bedbugs on them. My skin was itchy and rashy.

how can the staff calling by phone at 1 am and 2 am, it twice!! the breakfast so poor

Breakfast was good. The most impressive thing was Ms Nana who help me check in on 31 Dec 24, was super helpful and friendly. On the day of check out on 3 Jan 25, she can still remember my name and room number. That was amazing!! And greeted me goodbye again when my grab car arrive.

Smelly , Dirty

I came to a very smelly room , Smells sweaty, Dirty from washroom to the towels. The coffe cups ,The pillow old and very smelly. I’m using Ibis hotels worldwide but this is the worst experience.I dont understand how still people giving them a review?

I stayed in Jakarta for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and safe.It's a bit out of the way but you can easily get anywhere from there with GRAB or by walking.But Jakarta isn't really conducive to walking, but I did it anyway.There's a McDonalds and a few small supermarkets right outside the front door. So you're well-being is taken care of. There's also a breakfast buffet. It's not exactly western-oriented but there's bread, eggs, butter, lots of fruit, etc.Of course there's rice too, but I don't need rice in the morning.Breakfast is also served from 6:30...which is great for me as an early riser.In any case, it's enough for a good start to the day.I was on the 8th floor and had a very nice view of the city.You definitely can't go wrong if you end up in Jakarta.WiFi was always available and if it ever went down, I also had reception from the Mercury Hotel, which was right next door. You can also have your laundry washed there and it will come back ironed and folded. Almost too good for my trekking clothes - all in all, perfect for a city trip to Jakarta.

The staff were all very friendly.

I want to give this place a good review but it is pretty run down. I chased several cockroaches off my bed and the AC was in poor condition. The room stunk of mildew.

Room was clean and location is good

- bed sheets weren't clean- the room furniture was old- I arrived only one hour before my check in and unfortunately the staff let me wait in lobby coz they said the room not ready however another guest came after me and got his room

The location was excellent. I also found the hotel room clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast which was included was a bonus.
