I had to check out a day early and gave very late notice—around 6:00 p.m.—yet the hotel kindly did not charge me for that night, which I truly appreciated.The setting is beautiful, with a stunning lobby that flows seamlessly into the garden and pool area. It creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.Thank you for making me feel at home, even while away from home.

Incredible service. Perhaps the best that I’ve had anywhere in the world. I had a travelers bug, so the accommodating in-room service was great. Staff even greeted me by name occasionally. Such HOSPITABLE & caring staff!

This hotel is great in everything it does. Staff are excellent and speak very good English. Rooms are perfect and very quiet, even at night no road noise. Gardens are beautiful, breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it's one of the best I've stayed at.
Check in process is easy and fast. All the start is very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, the bed is comfortable.

Swimming pool, the breakfast and all the staff make us feel at home especially mba Lia at satoo, mba Kristi and Putri at lounge
The kids pool should open untill 2 o'clock, and all the WC toilet should have pee shower (semprotan untuk pipis/pup) like the rest room near satoo
The lounge service and hospitality is best and kids love the pool.Most of the staff goes extra mile to ensure we enjoyed the stay. Special thanks to Charlote in horizon who helped us with late checkout so the kids can enjoy the pool longer, mas Eko & Robert also from horizon who always kind to welcome us with great services.
Horizon Club offered lovely facilities and the staff were wonderful. Beds very comfortable. BATS provided good entertainment!
