Hotel Amaris Tendean

Found baby cockraches and big brother coxkroaches near safety deposit box and crawling on the floor.

Aircond is dusty and can jammed and aircond container can contain water . Cockroaches infesting somewhere

Only location

No facilities, no clean

Room is good but beddings are old and stained. Food is good, always vegetables with bit of meat :) But that's already a good deal given the affordable room rates. Staff are SO friendly and helpful. What's important is I slept well each night. Don't expect too much, but it's quite decent

Smell of smoke enters my room every time even though I chose a NON-Smoking room. You can hear the movements of chairs on top floor. This is not the best place if you wanted a cosy stay or if you're picky with food and ambiance.

All good. Clean and meet my expectation

* smelly in the corridor area* the wall is thin, I can heard the lift, people voice and activities.

Almost nothing just the location

Dirty and not well maintained. I found a cockroach in my toilet omg

Location and Staff

Fasilitas, AC nya bocor.

Location, breakfast

Linen cleanliness is not the best, some dirty spots I found on the blanket and pillow cases

Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Comprised mainly of local Indonesian dishes (rice, protein, soup), plus toast & jam, and coffee.

Sound proofing in the room is minimal, so you hear a lot of noise from the corridor, elevator activity, television from next-door etc. Shower strength & temperature could have been better, and lack of curtain meant a lot of the floor got wet.

location and this is the highest Amaris chain in Indonesia, I like it simplicity and all meet to my needs, overall I satisfying stay in Amaris Tendean

the hot water is not hot, not even warm, when I take a shower at night it's not that pleasant though

Bianca the lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional. She assisted me many times when I needed help. She was a great help. She also had a beautiful smile :)

Good location, they clean the room every day! Bed was comfy, no noise, breakfast is awesome.

reasonable price for strategic location

the sound of motorcycle and cars during rush hour
