The staff are really helpful and friendly

For 4 stars hotel, this hotel definitely need lots of up-keeping, from the floor, wall painting peeled, baseboards chipped. Food needs to rotate and add more options for western

The front desk staffs were friendly.

Because the air conditioner’s drainage isn’t working properly, the ceiling beneath it has developed mold.The bed sheets had many small holes (possibly caused by insects).

Only the interiors too old, light was too dark wall paint was fell off, 100% need to renovation, I believe once upgrade the property will become 5 star

I liked that room service was 24 hours and the staff was always super helpful the bed was comfortable and the cleaning they did was great. The shower and toilet are great. The view is good too.

Although the food was good it lacked variety. It was a rotation of 2 or 3 foods for breakfast. It was good but just a little more variety would've been perfect. Also sometimes the sheets would have small stains or holes nothing big.

Room was not cleaned properly. We found the strands of hairs just inside the room when we checked in.Room wall is too thin. Our next door neighbour blasted our music so early in the morning and we can hear every word he said to each other as well

Compared to other hotels in Kelapa Gading, El Hotel has the best location, as it is not directly affected by morning or evening traffic. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, as one would expect from a hotel. I booked a premier double room, which I found to be very spacious with a comfortable bed

The hotel is somewhat dated and need some renovation to refresh its appearance. Despite the spaciousness of the premier room, the dark wood furniture, flooring, and paint make the room feel a bit dim at night. The lighting throughout the room could be improved. The bathroom tiling is made of marble, which becomes quite slippery when wet. Enhanced safety features are needed to prevent slip accidents.

Breakfast has variety choices.

The cleanliness is not there. I found the shoe print on the bedsheet and dust stain on the pillow when I check in. Light could not turn off and the hotel fixed it by completely remove the light on the next day. Toilet bowl has a strong urine smell.

Room not clean and run down, dust is at every corner of the room. Lighting switch did not work. Staff is not helpful with no service mind.

Very clean, safe and great location. Located right beside Indonesian mall. Free breakfast and great service! We had to check out at 3 am and they accommodated this by having our free breakfast ready to go at that time!

Very noisy AC unit on the balcony. Requested a non smoking room but given a smoking room. Ash tray in the room and can still smell the smoke.

The rooms is not clean. Had to move to three different rooms because the first room has alot of cockroaches, second room was smells.

I don't like big pillows, here they were, but that's the problem with most hotels. Why 2 and 2 pillows??I was supposed to have a room with a balcony, yes there was a balcony, but it was closed, supposedly for security reasons??Because I have a ticket for the afternoon class, I was allowed to stay until 1PM for free. Thanks, that's not very common.
