Slow check-in. Room was not ready when I wanted to check-in at 9:30pm.

Check in process wasn't easy. I have requested for a twin connecting room but wasn't provided. At least could have informed me about it. One of the rooms had bad odour. The aircon in the lobby wasn't working. Had to put a deposit for an extra key which made the check in process lengthy.Rooms weren't ready till after 4pm.

There was no hot water in our room and we had to have cold showers. The hotel was responsive and tried to fix the issue but were not able to.

Breakfast was all delicious.The lobby smelled great!

Shower water did not flow, eventhough the outlet was not clogged.

Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful staff 24/7, incredibly thorough attentive massage with reasonable price, different varieties of breakfast everyday for everyone to choose from western to local taste, great location.We really enjoyed our stay there, and made us feels like home. Originally we stayed for 4days at the end we stayed for a week. We will definitely come back whenever we visiting Jakarta.Thank you Irham for the hospitality that goes above and beyond and thank you for your all the staff who made those happened.

A receptionist deducted twice for my staying,which actually already paid tru' booking .comI saw him my bank statement,But he insisted I have to pay again.The next morning I complained to another receptionist and show them another account from my bank had been deducted again.She checked and apologised,that my money will be credit it within two weeks to my account.What a shame ??

Disgusting

Checked in and was given a room that I can only describe as disgusting.As the attached photos show, black mould on the walls and front and back of bathroom doors and filthy bathroom. The carpet was dirty and stained.While we were moved to another room we were appalled that a room could be even presented to a guest for a 5 night stay in this condition.We were due to stay here for a further 2 nights later in our Indonesian visit and we were booked into other Swiss-Belresidences and cancelled all of them.Certainly would not recommend.

Location was very accessible to train station and convenient to most areas.

There were mosquitos in the room and lobby, room carpet and floor tiles felt a little dusty and unclean. You can hear train horns and announcements due to close proximity to the train station.

From the first impression, I feel like this hotel has no hospitality at all. I checked in at 11 PM, and they still said “Please wait for your room to be prepared “?! And because of this, they said we have upgraded your room to premium, trying to make us happy. But it was only a bad joke! The room they gave to us has two marks of shoe footprint in the bathroom (see the picture). Even when they tried to clean it, the guy who cleaned it still wearing the shoes, no wonder. Very disgusting.The bathroom itself, has a very complicated way to turn on which shower you want to use. Why don’t you just use separated water tap we can choose easily??And then, during breakfast, we really really really hate the guy that sweeping the floor while we were eating. Is that the manners of how you treat your guests having breakfast?? Feels like he wanted us to go away, as in hygiene approach, the dust from the floor will be risen to our food if they sweep it. We lost our appetite and nothing we can enjoy from the “so so” breakfast.And last but not least, THE STAFFS. I don’t understand how they trained here. From the checking in they lack of preparation, from the restaurant (they gave us omelette with cheese without warning us first, imagine we have cheese allergy, would be a total mess), AND IT IS HARDLY TO SEE THEM SMILE!!!It is a shame I have to write this review. You guys have to remove that “8,1 ratings” from booking.com at your front desk, and now I know why this hotel ratings is decreasing.Very not worth for the price. Let’s see the ratings in the few months. I believe with service like this, it will be decreased less then their current rating (7,9)

We picked this hotel due to being close to Halim station

Booked 3 rooms for a family, room numbers given were 1601, 1628 & 1625. Not even close together...AC not working properly in all 3 rooms. .AND only allowed 1 key per room for 6 ppl. So if 1 person wanted to go anywhere and they needed a key for the elevator.....then anyone in the room lost the lights and AC....HORRIBLE. Carpet in the hallway very very dirty. Pool was so small...

As stated in booking dot com that your check in time is between 14.00-00.00. than after booking they messages me check in is 14:00-16:00, if not inform they will release the room to others. It is bugging that kind of as they wish rules, and make us nervous because before it is stated until 00:00. We are booking on non refundable it is our room except we come after 00:00. Again they whatsapp me when we are coming… I said I will come at standard check in time, they replied me standard is 14:00 without explaining until I asked again thats the fastest time right? and they said Yes. There is tendency they want to sell our room again with that kind of message or intonation. I was very nervous and will not come again.
