Pros +
- Great location for my needs, close to the Gambir Train Station, and also had a masjid close by, as well as, shops and warungs for getting some local food. Staff was very nice, polite, and helpful.
- Comfy bed, cold air conditioning, antique lobby and amazed with the heritage building of the hotel. Surrounding with food stalls and easy access. Neighbouring with Istiqlal mosque and Monas park 500 metres away behind the hotel.
Cons -
- The bathroom was a bit dated, and needs some refreshing; tiles old and in need of a new shower, toilet, and floor tiles.
- The receptionist not really friendly during my checked in. My request (messaged in Booking.com) upon room at the ground floor was ignored. They refused to give iron when I requested for it but they offered to iron my clothes (with charge I guess). I prefer to iron my own clothes due to avoid clothes burning done by the staff.
