Orchardz Jayakarta Hotel

friendly staf, breakfast

very small room old building you can smell old carpet and wood as specially lift

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Not so far from the airport. Gym was very complete.

Pool next to the buffets, not giving a welcoming vibe to use it.

Staff was very helpful and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There was a very nice buffet breakfast.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom and the location was not walkable at all.

Location

They put me in a room right next to a room under construction. The noise was very loud and started from 9 am. (They could’ve told me in advance that they were having a construction so I can spend outside during the hour. ) The faculty doesn’t have think enough wall either. I was able to switch the room as I requested. But the new room wasn’t so clean. The bed and pillow were stinky and bathroom floor was always wet. (I think there is a water leak somehow.)

Space, location and price for what they offer.

Can add more breakfast options.

The staff, especially (Ilham) is very friendly, and always helpful.

The location is far from everything, I need to book a taxi for going to the mall everyday, because the hotel zone area is dead , and you have to take a taxi about 30 minutes at least , to go to the Entertainment venues.

There are quite a lot of food variations, but most of the food is local Indonesian food.

The hot water shower was too hot and unstable, and could not be controlled

Great room, great gym, great staff, good food and location.

Breakfast ends a bit early (10 am).

Clean comfortable

Arriving Luggage services and food

Comfortable and clean roomLoved that they have smoking zones everywhere. So, I never smelled smoke in the placeStaff very kind and helpful

Location, nothing close and not a very safe place at night

All was fine, good location, good rooms, breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the smell in our bathroom.

The staff were very hospitable. The facilities are good. The breakfast buffet was good.

The beds were sooo comfortable, the sheets felt amazing, the air-conditioning was excellent, the shower was a very good size and had good pressure.

It was a little farther out from things than we had realised, but this was our error, not the hotel. The pool was being renovated, so can't comment on this.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was in order during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it offered a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

A little far from the shops and pool were closed for maintenance.

Everything was great! Proper 4* hotel. Clean, modern, fast wi fi, friendly staff
