Some night you hear kids crying and some night you hear people talking well pass midnight. This happened about 4 nights

Poor facility. Parking is a bit difficult. But the room service is fabulous. We tried apple pie, spaghetti, chicken steak and banana fritters. All exceeding our expectations. The apple pie is one of the best we ever tried. Perhaps the ice cream could be more elevated. But the rest is the best.

The room is nice, modern except for part of the ceiling is not good look (too warehouse look)Bed and pillows are comfortable.Breakfast is average (the table setting is weird, no cutlery set on the table and it looks like the table setting for a function instead of sitting down breakfast style) not sure if it was because during Ramadhan.All the staff are nice, friendly and helpful The location is great.Overall we had an enjoyable 2 nights stay and it was also a surprise short stay for my birthday organised by my husband.We will definitely come and stay at The 101 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa again the next time we come to Jakarta.Mr & Mrs John & Irma Botha Perth WA

They advertised the bar but every time I tried to use the facility it was not open to the publicWhen I went to use the restaurant for dinner I was not welcome because it was for locals only

Breakfast area is too small.swimming pool is not really a swimming pool.

Near to city center,easy access to anywhere by public transport,variety of food to be choosen near hotel. Clean and tidy room with helpfull staff.

Great breakfast with a variety of local and foreign options. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Friendly and hands on staff. Inroom dining was delicious and quick to arrive. Our shower didn’t drain, but the staff fixed it immediately! Location near to many eating and shopping areas.

If you don’t know the area it might be difficult to get around by foot (limited sidewalks).

Very convenient location as it is connected to a shopping centre for supermarket and food. Helpful & friendly staffs. Comfortable room and bed.

The room is too dark at night as the lighting is not bright enough. Checked with the receptionist, no standing lamp available to be provided. I would have rated 10 if it is not because of the darkness in the room.

Nice, friendly welcome from the staff, as usual in Jakarta. Room ok, larger than average. Furniture a little tired. Very confy bed with choice of pillows. Good air con. Location is ok. But note that there is nothing to do nearby. If you are on your own.... it will not be easy.

I used booking and, as requested, I prepaid the room. At check out, I asked for an invoice of my stay. No way. They told me that 'as I used booking, I shall get an invoice from booking'. Which is nonsence as booking.com does not handle invoices, as they do not sell the rooms. Long story short: I had to leave the hotel without an invoice so I cannot proof of my stay to my employer. Which is a serious issue for me.

The reception is very helpful, room always clean and good location near MRT station to central and next to a mall for convenience buying things you need to bring back home. Breakfast great and very variant choice

Room is quite small but that’s what you pay for the money in the capital.

Breakfast has an ample selection of plates, both hot & cold and both asian as western. Location was OK.

Service was lacking due to the high level of occupancy, also with loads of kids which didnt really match the hotel. All other installations such as gym & bar where either absent, or lacking basic service as one might expect here.

Room was fantastic. Got an upgrade to a business room and it was lovely. Super large comfy bed, floor to ceiling windows, and nice modern bathroom. All lovely and clean, with all the facilities needed.

Breakfast seemed to be set up in a conference type room. Conference tables and chairs which was a bit unusual. Lots of food choice but all the dishes that were meant to be warm. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc, were all cold. They were in heated self serving dishes but obviously not turned high enough. We were on holiday, on our way back home to the UK so were looking forward to using the pool a bit in the morning we were leaving. The area was generally shabby. The shower facilities were okay and clean, and there were some pool towels available. But the bar/coffee area was completely shut, and judging by how unclean it was I would not want to be drinking/eating from it anyway. Needs a good clean, repairing the many damaged areas, and just regularly tidying.
