Room quite big, near to the JIEXPO

It's very easy to hear all the sound outside the room, not good sleeping during nights, room near to the street, you can always hear the sound on the street.

The room was spacious and well air conditioned. The staff was very friendly. The shower was hot and drained well along with good water pressure. Lots of natural light and great blackout curtains as well.With a good cleaning and some minor fixes, it could be a 9.

The room wasn't cleaned well. There was a bit of ketchup on the floor, and a lot of hair throughout the room. It could use a good sweeping and mopping.Also, the shower head was loose and the sink only had hot water.

the view outside of 9 floor is awesome, especially for the sunrise moments look out from the window, the receptionist is professional and with well spoken English, the cleaning service is good, the scent of shower gel is calm and special. the location is pretty close to Kota Tua. only thing sad for me is i forgot to book the breakfast with my reservation order. t^t

The room size was perfect. Comfortable beds, quite fridge, powerful AC. You can't hear, what's happening outside of your room. Very nice door noise cancelling.We also like the breakfast with lot of stations with freshly prepared food

The bread could be more fresh. At least from that day.

It was realy noisy outside my room today i couldn’t sleep very well it was from 9 am morning ,, and they called me for a promo breakfast at 7 am and i was choosing not included breakfast because i want to take a convenience stay during this time

The spacious room, cleaness, location

Small incident during check in when the receptionist gave us smaller room on the 5th floor which was totally different from what we have ordered, after questioning back finally the receptionist gave us the appropriate room on 7th floor. We hope nobody else will experience the same.

Friendly & helpful staffs, spacious room, comfy pillows and spacious parking area.

We booked a king bedsize room but we got twin size beds. We came in an hour before the check in time and the staffs helped us to stored our bags. We explained to them that we were going to come back to the hotel very late at night, and we were expecting the room will be ready for us when we got back. However, when we got to the room we were so disappointed that they gave us the wrong room. It was already so late and we were tired so exhausted, so we couldn't do anything about it.

You gave me new amenities once I opened it, a bit wasteful. I think it would be good if you can move towards sustainability.

I like the spacious shower and bathroom in general. The room is also spacious. The lobby area is very welcoming.

Some of the staff at the restaurant needs to be more careful when handling with guests small issues.

The front desk service staff are very friendly and patient, and they actively help solve problems. Thank you very much to them!

There are 2 boxes of durians left by the previous guest in the refrigerator of the guest room that have not been cleaned, which may be due to the cleaning staff missing the cleaning work of the refrigerator...

Nothing that i like.

My room was next to construction area although ive prebook weeks earlier.(not last minute booking). Construction working starts VERY early morning at 5/6 am.

Location is good.Staff are helpful.They let us store our luggages for one day without any charge.

Amenities are minimal.Linens are not up to standard.Breakfast expensive and disappointing.

Breakfast was awesome, centrally located business style hotel.

Cafe slightly overpriced but ok if you don't want to go out or order food from Grab

staff not coperate once I asked for early chk in & late chk out, I genius level 3 member, but staff refused once I request early check in, and they ignore once I requested for Non Smoking room (request as per booking), 1st entry the electricity is not working, the room was dark for around 30 minutes, dust bin not clean

Exceptionally nice restaurant! Full of unlimited various Asian food and fruits. The room was 10/10 as well - exceptionally big and clean enough.
