The staff at the restaurant were a bit inattentive.

It’s the best option in Sorong. Very welcoming after a long flight. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, good food, nice staff. The pool was very relaxing and the perfect temperature. Good shower.

No hand towels in the room. Few amenities in the room. The hard tile floors leading to the bathroom are slightly higher than the bathroom flooring, making it easy to trip or stub your toe. Service was slow in the restaurant. Planes take off nearby, so noise exists at times. Sorong is probably not a place most visitors will want to stay for long. It’s necessary for transit to Raja Ampat, however, which is amazing!

The breakfast were a lot of choices. We enjoyed the traditional food and very tasteful.The room are very neat,clean and tidy.My kids like it and would like to visit again in the future.

I think I do not have any complaint because it was very satisfied for me and my family to stay in.

So convenient, free airport shuttles, beautiful facilities, large room, super comfy beds, good restaurant, a durian Cafe, what more could you want? FYI just because this hotel loves durian does not mean it smells like durian :)

The shuttle timing every hour is a little inconvenient for some flights.

FM7 was recommended as a great alternative to a long airport layover and it did not disappoint! Excellent and inexpensive massage options, pool, large steam room and sauna.

The rooms are very utilitarian mostly with no view, but they are fine - AC works great. Skip the salon on premises, the manicure was very disappointing and extremely slow.

The service from the pickup shuttle at the airport to the reception to all the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. The cleanliness.

The free shuttle service was terrific and so prompt. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was also good. The only negative was no power points next to bed which could be inconvenient for some. Also the hot tea urn at breakfast was not hot. You need an electric urn to keep it constantly hot and not a small burner keeping it lukewarm.

Initially, I wasn't super happy with the location because of the surroundings, but after staying in the center of Jakarta, I changed my mind and truly understand that this is actually a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is so soft that I slept for the whole night like a baby. I spent last 9 months in Bali and this was the first night when I slept very well.They offered a free shuttle transfer from the airport and back, and as well I got an early breakfast before the official opening, such a nice gesture. Everyone here is super nice, friendly and helpful. One day suddenly the electric box started to produce a noise, but the electrician fixed in less than a half an our.

Not suitable for vegans tbh. The breakfast has only fruit and some raw veggies, the menu overall is for non-vegans, but the delivery is very long and expensive due to the distance from the restaurants and heavy traffic.

Great location for a stay near the airport. The pickup and dropoff was completely seamless, staff super helpful. They held bags for us for a few days while we went on an excursion. Big buffet breakfast with lots of choices. We didn't make use of the pool, but it looked great.

Drain in our shower didn't work great, and no one came to fix it. Cleanliness in bathroom was good but not perfect.

Room was clean, and all necessary amenities provided. Rooftop bar was nice for some food a casual drink after a long flight. Early breakfast was good.

This hotel is an extremely convenient, comfortable, and economical way to spend a long layover at the Jakarta airport. We had a 10-hour layover on our way in and an 8-hour layover on our way back, and rented a room each way to have somewhere to shower, eat, and relax. We arrived around 10 AM and were able to check in early (for a nominal fee), and we used our time to swim and soak in the multiple pools, shower, get a good meal, and get caught up on emails with their free WiFi. The airport shuttle makes it easy to get there and get back to the airport, and communication to arrange for pickup was conveniently done through the Booking.com app.

There was a phishing attempt based on one of my reservations, where someone purporting to be from the hotel contacted me via WhatsApp and asked me to confirm some of my reservation details. They had my Booking.com confirmation number, which made it initially appear legitimate, until they asked to confirm my credit card number, at which point I realized I was being phished. I contacted the hotel directly and they confirmed that the message had not come from them, but I found it suspicious that whoever contacted me had my confirmation number.

Well located for layover. But there’s nothing near the location. It’s really good for few hours rest, even breakfast timing starts from 4AM which is ideal if you have an early flight. Everything went great, from airport pick up to drop off. The staff are really nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again if i ever have a layover in Jakarta

This is my regular place to stay whenever I'm flying in and out of Jakarta. They arrange for pickup and drop off at the airport. The pool/gym/spa is a great place to work out and get over jet lag. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.
