Bad breakfast! There is not much food left after 9 am, but if you go early, that will be very crowded...unless you go before 8 am. The room service is bad, this is the second time that I have had to call them to send me the towel ...after my shower and my whole body is wet, and then realize that there is no towel in my room...

smokers corner at the pool totally wasted, no ash tray (!), filter of cigarettes and empty packages in the flowers or tree potes, pool bar desolated like a warung at the street, all bathroom needs a general renovation because of unhhealthy conditions (general problem of the hotel)
Breakfast was exceptional. It was fasting month, so they really did prepare pre-breakfast buffet meal at the restaurant.

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were interconnected and they were very spacious and clean.The aircon was so good that we had to turn off one of them as it was getting very cold.The staff at the reception were very welcoming, smiling, and saying hello to us.On our first day, we went to the lobby to have breakfast. It was very good with lots of different items to eat. But the pastry or the cake was not fresh. The other facilities were great such as the gym, the beauty salon and the pool.I will mention a few staff names who provided excellent service and guided us where to go shopping.Desi – from Guest relationshipFendi – from the staff Neelam – from the coffee shop and a few more staff.
The hotel did not offer the free airport shuttle even though it was listed on the booking.com website.I had a big discussion with the Hotel night manager Reid and the day Manager Arif and both denied offering a free airport shuttle. I was advised that the hotel does provide an airport shuttle but not free.Booking.com should look into this and make it clear to the customer so the customer is not cheated.

Good place. Excellent decor. Good situation.
Occasional slip ups. Pick up taxi not arranged. Never had bbq ribs despite asking multiple times. They said they were finished. I don't think they ever had them in the kitchen.
We have been travelling for 4 months and it was so lovely to stay in a beautiful hotel close to the mosque and cathedral. The staff from the beautiful valets to the pool staff were all so friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was not kept hot.The checkin staff on both days we stayed had little or no English and could not help us at all with even directions. Ask the restaurant staff; Rini or valet staff as they have good English.
