Friendly staff and very accommodating.

Loud chanting all night it seemed. Very disturbing and very uninviting. Very unpleasant for me since I visited for rest and relaxation.

The arrangement is owesome and presentable

1. Noisy bed 2. Lack of maintenance 3. Position of business suite in the center of walkways resulted in lack of privacy.

Furnishings were modern and everything was super clean.

It took the staff over 3 days and several visits to the front desk on my part for them to get me my laundry. Also did not like the fact that there were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms.

So loud, construction everywhere n very bothering, staffs dont speak good english, broken facilities everywhere, dirty

Location is good, quite convenient. Price is quite good considering the location, there is also a 24-hours cafe

Room wall is peeling. There are bugs inside the room. hot water is not working at all. Water Closet is shaking.There is a renovation I wasn't informed until I checked in. The worst part is, there is a fogging happening when I was staying, and I wasnt informed beforehand.

everything is good, but it just during my stay there's some renovation work just beside my rooms and it happen since morning to night.. while i was there for my staycation era's so it's quite annoying, but for other such room condition and facilities.. it's all great. thansk

This place is a scam run by thieves. A typical tourist trap. Stay away from here.

I love location so much. Breakfast is fine, you can say ok, but desserts were quite cheap and boring.

My AC was not working properly. I called the manager, and she came, and she asked me to wait 15 minutes more. However, it has not been working well since then. So, I did not ask to change the room, maybe I had to. After hours, AC managed to make air a little bit cool. Unfortunately, it was not enough in the night. Too hot... Jakarta is hot city, so AC is the MUST!The tree in the hall was full of dust. God dame it, guys. If it is a central tree in your GUEST HALL, please clean it somehow... From the inner balcony it looks like a dead tree, seriously( It spoils your space a lot, believe me.

Location is very good. Five minutes to Russian Embassy. Room is clean and pleasant. Cleaning was every day. Including teeth brushes, coffee/tea/water. I will choose this hotel next time.

Only that fact that I couldn’t get through to room service and reception. That isn’t big problem for me, but will be great if you fix it

It looks good online. the room was comfortable.

Ask for mineral water from the room guy did not receive it. Ask again from the receptionist still did not receive it at all.

Not recommending this hotel

We were disappointed with the hotel. We booked a standard room, but what we were offered during check-in was really horrible. Hotel seems to be in upgrading mood. In the first room the wall papers were fallen off in many places, the room was very small, bed sheets were dirty. We asked for another room in the same category. They showed us the one on the ground floor, it was dark and dampy, and when we opened the curtains, there was just a wall and dirty window. We decided to upgrade to the next level. It was not good either: dirty bed sheets, dampy, not nice. So we had to upgrade to one more level. It was a bit better, tolerable, but still, I wouldn't stay there again. I wish I could take photos, but I was so shocked with the quality, that I just wanted to solve the problem faster. We could have rented a room at a better quality for the same price, I'm sure.

Requested for 2 singles on Booking.com but the staff presented us a double bed as all rooms with 2 singles were sold out (even though I requested 2 singles).I booked a Business suite with more space and this was not the room that was presented to us. We ended up having to purchase another room. Staff were not very helpful.Lots of mosquitos in both rooms

The bed was ok, the AC worked, there was a good TV.

The room is very basic. It had no proper window, just a light well which gave some daylight but no view. They provide a kettle, small fridge, microwave oven, and 2 cups, but no teaspoons, no plates or bowls and no utensils. There are only hard surfaces everywhere, so if there were many guests the corridor could be very noisy. I didn't use their wifi nor try their breakfast.Check-in was annoying as they initially refused to accept my photo ID (issued by the Indonesian Government), and they also refused to give 2 key cards despite 2 of us sharing the room. The hotel is under renovation which means that it's noisy and dusty from 8.00am to 5.00pm. On top of that a well known bug killing firm was fogging the ground floor when I checked out, causing everyone to evacuate quickly.

The staff is really nice and helpful.

The wifi is really bad. Breakfast could be better.I was unlucky when I stay there. They are doing some construction work so everyday at 8 am there’s so much noise. I hope next time when I stay there again they improve the WiFi and no noise. The staff was really nice and helpful.
