Lumire Hotel & Convention Centre

This is fraud. It was not me. I am in the United States, so someone use my car to check into this hotel and use fraud on the Internet.

I?ve never been here. I don?t know where this is. It was not me who put this day was caused in my account on the app online I did not book this hotel room.!

Good location, mall atrium is just few steps from hotelAnd other shopping plaza are behind the hotel

Spacious room , helpfull staf, the pool and the excellent breakfast

Location next to the mosque

More than half of the staff do not speak English. I really did not like being in the lobby, because people constantly came up to me and made comments about me sitting on the sofa incorrectly. This is very annoying. Also, the price is too high if you pay at the reception rather than on Booking.

The speed of registration and exit of the Internet is good.The reception staff is excellent, the security is good.

Breakfast is good but not hot.

Safe accessible location. Staff were very nice and always ready to help.

A bit disappointed with the room, generally no no water in the shower, curtains that did not open or close, duvet cover that did not look clean, the whole room looked tired. Expected better. Didn't help that they double charged me although they rectified that.

Room space.

The staff dont have urgency whensomething happend to guest. I have lost money because of someone admited as a staff and doing massage. He stole my money and staff at reception didnt take any action. Even manager dont have urgency to help the guest. I feel so disappointed and wont repetaed again on this hotel.

Hotel location was perfect,the hotel was well maintained even though is not a brand new hotel,located next to the mall ,Jakarta landmark and convenience store.Mr Dadan at reception was very thoughtful and professional, breakfast selection was great.

Staffs are friendly and the location is good.

The sofa in the room is not clean and there is some torn in it,

Location is very close to Millennium plaza( Atrium in the past ).

The carpet in the corridor is very old need to replace.

Good location related to my needs. Therre are a lot of rooms available, and the elevators were working efficiently. The team were friendly but not all of them could speak English easily. The prices of the room service was reasonable

Old smelly rooms, no iron available in the room and you need to go to the 4th floor to iron or pay a lot for ironing. The team were not that good in communication in English. The bed sheets were not that clean or cleaned that well. The breakfast was designed for local travellers and not for international guests. The pool was not that clean as well.

nice shopping mall next door staff are nice breakfast is decent with many options shower good very comfy bed and spacious room with a lovely view

staff are lovely but the other local residents are quite cold and glare no iron even on request you have to go to floor 1 into this room and use an old school iron which isn't great especially for a 3 star hotel. hairs in drain not cleaned in bathroom

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was spacious with good facilities. It gives a bit of vintage vibes with the interiors. I had issues with the locker, as I couldn’t lock it for some reason. The staffs resolved it by replacing a new one immediately. The best thing was it is located just next to millenium mall, so you can go around anytime if you feel bored.

The swimming area isn’t really great.

Good hotel, very good staff, very nice pool outside, fantastic breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine.

Breakfast is diverse, comfortable mattresses

Furniture need to be changed, very pld one.

Hotel is right next to a shopping centre (handy), and near old monuments, breakfast selection is good

The gym was never open, the pool was pretty yucky, the building/rooms are old and worn, towels were a bit grey

Rooms not very clean

The room and bedroom was very comfortable. All staffs was very helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a very good area in the city, very close to the train station. The food options was very good, we went there in a Ramadan time, and the all you can eat option was incredible.

The facility wasn’t that bad, but doesn’t represent the same as the photos on site. The pool was just ok.

Location is great. The town center is 20 minutes walking distance across gorgeous park and the national monument.

There were not many convenient stores nearby
