Breakfast was good, if would be nice if there was fresh milk for tea and coffee

The toilet seat was very worn out and dirty looking, the taps were all loose and moved when I tried to turn on the water. No sink plug in the face basin.

Unacceptable experience

The family suites of this hotel are in urgent need of a comprehensive renovation. The decor is not only outdated but also in a state of disrepair, rendering the environment uninviting and shabby. The standards of cleanliness are profoundly disappointing; the rooms emit a persistent unpleasant odour, and mould is visibly present, raising significant health concerns. Moreover, the sofa is in an unacceptable state of filth, with stains marring most pieces of furniture throughout the suite.The water pressure in the showers is alarmingly weak, making it nearly impossible to maintain a stable and comfortable water temperature. To compound these issues, all balcony doors are incapable of being secured, and the anti-hotlinking mechanism of the front door is both broken and missing, creating severe safety risks for guests.In light of these unacceptable conditions, it is imperative to state unequivocally that this hotel fails to provide value for money. I strongly advise all potential visitors to avoid this establishment at all costs to preserve their health, safety, and overall well-being during their stay.

The gym and attached shopping.

The facilities were outdated and old. The room smelled and so did the linen. It was a chore to get towels. No gym towels or pool towel’s available. Wouldn’t provide extra towels for any reason. No gas for the hot plate. Surrounding area is not pedestrian friendly.

Their gym was surprisingly new, it have all the equipments like a proper gym. It’s located near 2 (almost empty) malls, so you have many options to eat.

It looks very dated and there is strong smell coming from the bathroom. They need to do something without, the bathroom had drainage hole that they decide to open it so that a pipe coming from one of the AC unit. I close the hole with some paper and it does help to remove the smell.

Hotel is placed at the same complex as business & shopping building. Very convenient. Staffs were very kind. Specially thanks to Mr. Grufan. Sorry if remember your name wrong.

Commodities were outdated and scarce. Closet hangers were broken, beds were hard, and I saw the bugs on floor.

Will never go here again!

The room was horrible. Small ccockroaches running around in the entrance and kitchen area (killed two) and ants all over the toilet sink. It felt dirty and old. Not all like the pictures (must be very old pictures). Compared to other central hotels completely overpriced.

Everything is very good, and in great condition (Set aside the interior concern).Though the interior is decent luxurious style, but it's clean, the water heater is working normal, great bathtub condition with no damage, the AC is great and chilling, the bed and pillow are comfortable (on both rooms), very quiet room, the internet is fast with some cable tv channels working great.

Only the room lights, it is not white (preference concern).Anything is none.

The receptionist called Isra was very helpful. He is outstanding. He was assisting me to find a better room and had to change to 3 different rooms as all so dirty and lots of insects. Although the manager was there and I had told him about being stuck in the lift, he wasn't apologizing in the first place and instead blamed the other company who was looking after the lift. The manager Gandi later apologized but doesn't change the fact I was nervous and shivering while explaining the situation to him.

Stucked in the lift for half an hour, pressing emergency calls no one attending. The room was dirty and smokey, far from the pictures in your web. Not coming back definitely!

Spacious room, great location

No direct elevator access fromthe basement parking

Appartment is quite spacious and clean. Location in the complex of shopping malls and just cross the road from ITC so many restaurants to pick from.

I think it needs upgraded its maintenance. Toilet flush doesnt work well, I had to call the staff to fix it. I thought there is some kitchen stuffs to cook, but there aint a gas/electric stove, only a water heater available in the room.

Bathtub can’t close, so i can’t fill the tub. But one plastic can hack that and makes the tub operated well.

the pool was amazing, located in strategic place. spacious.

the kettle jug is broken, FO said tomorrow morning at 8.00 ENG team will visit but nobody came. They have a menu of the month, chocolate fudgy cake, when i wanted to order, they didnt have it, despite their publication in every TV info. The television was too old and blury.
