Excellent location in Jakarta

Outdated, mouldy, odorous room and an extremely uncomfortable bed mattress. Lobby bar service was extremely poor with me being forgotten for 45 minutes hoping to order food when there were only 6 other patrons (already served) in Solo

The property itself is very beautiful and historic. The staff are very kind and the pool is beautiful. The pool is very nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel room could be improved. A solid stay for the location but the cleanliness leaves more to be desired..

The hotel has been great - I have stayed for 3 weeks, because it is very well located in relation to the office where I worked. The room is nice and large, same goes for the desk. A little hick-up with the bathroom was promptly fixed.The best about the hotel is the incredibly friendly staff, starting at the reception (Ms. Tiwit, but also her colleagues), to everyone I met on corridors or facilities, and not least the room cleaning man - super friendly and polite, always generous, and helpful with any request I had. The pool is nice.

The aircon was difficult to temperate - so when in the room, I had to alter between 'on', which was then quite cold, and 'off'. The gym, to which the hotel room gives access, as very well equipped - in principle, but many of the machines where out of order.

Good Location and reasonable price with larger than average rooms. Food & Beverage Options limited and Room Service through an online app was a little slow.

Breakfast was not the best but they did have a reasonable selection. Business Centre was not available during my stay and it appeared that renovations were being undertaken during my stay there. TV was temperamental and was subject to not working correctly which assume was due to poor WIFI connection.

1. Room furnishings are dated.2. TV faulty but was replaced after being informed. 3. Aircon not cold. After fixing, ceiling leaked. 4. Bathtub dirty.5. Items faulty eg hair dryer, chair etc6. Room service and laundry services slow

I like the breakfast menu, and also smart TV in the room.

The water tap in my room was not working properly, I mean it was hard for me to switch to shower tap.

facilities and property are run down and in dire need of refurbishment. don’t let the public areas fool you.

A landmark hotel that us well known and appreciated. Very large complex.

4th floor had black mold. The whole hotel needed renovation as it was starting to look a bit shabby.

on the arrival, we were informed that the booked room was currently unavailable, but fortunately the staff upgraded to the upsized and we got very large room.

car parking system was very2 inconvenient, in ways of parking access location which was too far and free parking procedure for stayed guest should be more simple.

Old hotel with poor maintenance. Rooms very basic, in bad condition. (furniture old and broken). Basic amenities. Small bathroom with old fixtures.Breakfast an absolute disaster. Very basic, poor presentation, little to no choice for westerners. For example, Hard frozen uncooked croissant and more! . Not appetizing at all. Ended up having top notch breakfast next door at Le Méridien... It's too bad because the hotel must have been beautiful at some point but clearly it's past its time. A good renovation would be needed... We won't be back for sure...

Over three nights the swimming pool was not available we chose the hotel for the swimming pool because the kids love it. They were very disappointed...

I like only the location

The staff is not goodI request for high floor, she gave me 3rd floorafter complain she gave me 10Th floor with the very bad view and twin bed, i travel with my wife
