I often need a place to stay before my flights from Halim, and after trying almost every hotel nearby, this one in Kuningan is the best for the price. (not that close to Halim, but close to Tol Gate ya)Check-in was super easy. The lobby is right there by the drop off area, the staff from security to front desk were all very helpful and gercep with our luggage, very friendly! And everything was fast; check-in fast, check-out fast, no-ribet with go-food delivery. Room is not perfect with this rate; comfy bed, good water pressure, breakfast is okay but very accommodating; we came late 9:30am and they refilled everything quickly, really appreciated that. They also have a gym, pool, and good Wi-Fi. Super easy stay. I’ll choose this again for future transits.

The noise from the road.

- Weekend breakfast was good, indonesian menu but still a good variety - Hairdryer and iron were provided, by calling front desk-. Wifi is good in the room but not for video call, I guess

- Weekday breakfast was still good (in taste) but little bit dissapointing, protein menu were only chicken & egg and only 2 kind of fruits. - Some food stain on the duvet, tiny spot. Some stain on the desk chair because of the material- Lack of Tv channel and tv speaker sometimes is delayed

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view of the city. Morning buffet had plenty of options for different pallets. Thick windows made the room nice and quiet day and night. Staff were lovely and helped me several times.

Room wasn’t as new looking as it was in the photo. Chipped wall paint and door was hard to close from the swelling of the wood, but fine otherwise.

Central location, easy access to main roads and proximity of Lotte Mall. Quiet, relatively spacious and very helpful staff.

For those who wants to eat there, the breakfast is basic.

There is a large mall near the hotel,so it'sbest for shopping.All employees are friendly and do their best for customers.It is a hotel that i want to come again next time.

The water leaked from the bathroom shower, but it was not a big problem because hot water was always suppied.

Location and value for money

The best price for a decent stay near the Mega Kuningan area was the main reason I chose this place. The staff were nice and polite to guests. I got free laundry for 4 pieces of clothes because I stayed more than 2 nights. Breakfast selections were delectable for Indonesian foodies.

Room's built quality is not enough to filter the city's noises, especially noises from the highway. The room's entrance door has no manual lock from inside. The hotel's pool opening time only up to 18:00.

I like everything. They make me feel welcome & comfortable. Stay here twice for concert. Worth for money. They staff all very nice.

It's really close with mall

The place was undercontruction and we didn't get any information about that. It was quite dark and quite noise because of the construction.

Close to Senayan & SCBD plus a mall nearby. Plenty of restaurants to choose. Basically location is great for me.

Nothing. Everything’s was awesome, no complaints about any things

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and flavorful.What I loved most was the location – right in the heart of Jakarta, with malls and restaurants just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!

The only downside for me was the lack of a Muslim shower in the bathroom

The restaurant's veranda was a nice addition, offering a pleasant space to dine. The breakfast variety was adequate, meeting the standard expectations. The staff were consistently reliable and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym's equipment is quite old and very limited. Upgrading to newer equipment could enhance the guest experience and serve as a strong selling point for the hotel in future promotions.
