- We chose this hotel because the reception was open 24 hours as we arrived in Jakarta at 3:30 am.Tried to call the hotel or to contact them by Booking, just to be sure that everything was OK, no answer.We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 am and the receptionist told us that the hotel was full and we could not sleep there. We tried to explain that we booked online and nobody had contacted us but still, no room available.While we were looking for other options they told us that some guests left their room and after a cleaning we could have slept there.Unfortunately, the cleaning was so quick that the bathroom was still dirty, the room smelt like cigarettes, the toilet was actually full of cigarettes, with dirty towels left behind and, last and the worst, they did not even change the bed sheets.
