+ Friendly and helpful stuff. The staffs at the entrance were happy to help us and assist us on our Grab service. They asked us to sit and wait in the lobby and will inform once our Grab arrived, which is pretty thoughtful.+ Very attentive. The housekeepers noticed book in our room and our messy cables so they gave us bookmark and customised The Langham cable ties, which meant a lot to us.

- Confusing elevators. Need to access Lobby using Elevator A to 2nd highest floor, then access guest rooms using Elevator B. Guest rooms located at lower level than Lobby so pretty confusing and troublesome.- Big thumbs down was when elevators from GF to Lobby broke down. Guests were asked to use Service Elevator, which required some waiting time since there was only 1 elevator to go up and down. But they fixed this issue pretty overnight.- Location is most suitable for those attending concerts or other events at Gelora Bung Karno. Otherwise, quite a distant from tourist areas. Most suitable for those on business trips I would think.

What is there not to like?Luxury by all means, if it's the modern luxurious room or the phenomenal service for every staff personnel, either at the front desk, on WhatsApp or at breakfast.The location is fantastic and close to everything Jakarta has to offer.The Japanese toilet brought me back to Japan.

The lobby is on the 62nd floor and all of the facilities are on lower floors and there isn't any elevator to pass directly to the entrance or lower floors without passing through the lobby, which is a bit annoying, but the view is a great compensation.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, anxious to help, would try and do whatever they could to make our stay great. Most of the staff (concierge, front office, restaurants, pool attendants - just everyone) were exceptional. We celebrated my partner's birthday while there, and she had no less than 5 celebrations/birthday cakes on the day (breakfast, lunch, bar pre-dinner, dinner and one in our room when we finished for the evening ! We will definitely stay again - and catch up with our new friends on staff !!!

We had a slight problem when we were first allocated a room - there was not enough wardrobe space for a 12-night stay ! But a quick comment to the concierge (Eveline) and within an hour they had shown us two other rooms, and then helped us shift to the new room which met our requirements.

It is a beautiful property, and the staff are amazing at welcoming you and they have a high degree of customer service. The location was great, and it felt very chic and luxurious.

While the property was super fancy, the actual rooms were a bit underwhelming. They were just fine, but I guess I was expecting a little more for the price point.

Receptionist area. For 5 stars hotel, guest should have seat at the reception desk while checking in process. On Saturday night i can hear loud music outside, the room (5608) is not soundproof from external noise.

My buffet breakfast at Tom's was excellent with fantastic service and a great choice of western and local dishes.

The hotel is classy and room is nice and comfortable. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful all the time. Very prompt in attending to request.

The breakfast selection from Tom's can be improve. Need to have more different selection daily as there were a lot of repeated item day to day

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

Might be my favorite hotel breakfast anywhere. Hotel staff are amazing.

I absolutely love the breakfast but haven't really liked that much else on the menu. But I do think the all-in English food theme isn't a great match for me. I also find the music at Tom's to be too loud. I had a couple of meetings there, which got a bit hard to hear.

It is as Beautiful as the pictures. Plus, saw Emily from Linkin Park staying at the same hotel. ? The food was good, staff was super helpful

Breakfast was not included in my stay which was a big disappointment. I have stayed in many 5 stars hotels in Jakarta and all have breakfast included.

So nice from out side, but the room is not to good. Because the floor from wood was dirty looks like doesn’t good maintenance.

The floor wood is dirty. Just advise , please to renovation the floor bed room.

The hospitality is superb. The building is impressive, and the architecture is artistic.

It's challenging to manage their narrow halls, and they seem to have plenty of those. Our biggest complaint is the confusion about elevators and the complexity of going from one place to another within the hotel facilities.

Extremely well designed, luxury rooms, amazing staff and great restaurants.

Priced a bit to high in my opinion

This is probably the most beautiful Langham hotel we’ve stayed at - interior is just top-notch, very aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was so good we didn’t want to leave the room at all :) Tom’s restaurant had the most amazing breakfasts we’ve had in Indonesia - taking buffet option is highly recommended! the staff was extremely polite and helpful with all the requests we had.

Facilities feel somewhat limited compared to the overall grandeur of the hotel - the rooftop swimming pool is quite small and there is no bar or any service in that area, indoor pool is much bigger but the area is very hot and wet, without an opportunity to just sit and relax there. Room service doesn’t have any fresh teas like ginger or mint, and the overall selection of food and beverages is not the greatest. There is no preferential treatment for the hotel guests in any of the restaurants and bars - we made two attempts to visit Artesian, both times were told they are at full capacity.

This is the most beautiful hotel in Jakarta. The service staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you especially to Zaneta and Taleta!! The City View King Room had the most amazing view of Jakarta. The bed was super comfortable, complete with a pillow menu. The bathroom was fantastic with a beautiful bathtub complete with bath salts. The toilet had so many features I was so amazed and impressed.

That I had to go home and leave this beautiful property.
