Collection O 92130 Hotel Fiducia Kaji

bed

toilet water very less

You got what you pay.

Almost every night after 1 or 2 a.m is Noisy, the bed cover has a hole from cigarette, aircond liking, the bed dirty and towel smell cigarette. Nobody come to clean the room.

Friendly staff

Very very dirty (does not match the photos at all) / doorlock was broken / sink and toilets were clogged almost right away

The location is good. After we informed workers about the room they kindly changed our room for the better one.

At first we were given a room that was quite dirty. Looked like someone has just taken a shower as the bathroom was completely wet and the towel had footprints on it. The room looked old and had some spider webs in the corners.

Bed was comfortable

Wi-Fi is bad in the rooms not that clean

I think already more than 10 times i stay here, cheap and location strategic

Blanket

Good room rate and not far Monas.

Wifi so weak and The water has a strong alum smell

The room was not clean, the staff does not speak English, there is no toilet paper.

Poor

It was disgustingly dirty, the complete area underneath the bed looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months!!! Huge amounts of dust, old used slippers, empty plastic bottles, cigarette butts. Most waiting halls in train stations are cleaner.

balcony, hot water and clean

blanket

Excellent value for money, super clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities you need.

The hotel is in a gated development, which is a little difficult for grab drivers to get to when they are shut. It’s also not super close to public transport links.

Not too far from Gambir station, A/C working fine, the bedroom is big.

The room and bathroom were really dirty. The sheets had stains on them and there was hair everywhere on the pillows and in the bed. The bathroom was dirty as well ( sink not clean, same for the floor and toilets ) with ants climbing the toilet seat and all over the floor.

The staffs were nice in terms of communication.

The beds were not comfortable. Found hair. Has the issue of cleanliness.

The location is really nice since it’s really neat from an alfamart and in the center of Jakarta.

Maybe some of the furnitures should be cleaner. We had bugs inside the room and the bed was not so clean.

Pleasant

First the put me in a room that was not cleaned from the previos cliente, then put me in another withirty walls, lamps and two hours in the room, without touching It, one of the tables broke. Not english talking personal

TV had good amount of channels and AC worked. General design is just okay for few days. I do like the colors they use.

The toilet had big yellow stains on it which looked like pee so was not cleaned before we checkin (when I sprayed water on it most flushed away so was clear sign of little effort!) There was also no elevator and we had to bring our heavy trolleys (30kg each) from Airport up ourselves. The wifi also cut off quite frequently!

Cheap

Uncomfortable bed, dirty sheets and towels, staff did not speak english

Room is great, clean enough and comfortable. Good price for this room

The employees are good

Cheap price for cheap hotel

Everything is good

AC is not good
