Poor AC, Room service time taken

The location is good for my trip.

The hotel is poorly maintained; the air conditioning in my room is very hot; two lights in the bathroom are out; two lights in the bedroom are also out. The room is very dark.

location is in the center. easy to locate

I chose the room because of the coffee maker... but the coffee maker didn't work. At breakfast, they only provide black and espresso. No other.

Modern, casual hotel.

Location is a little isolated. Breakfast room was understaffed which meant some empty spaces for food and drinks for those eating later.Swimming pool is postage stamp size. Fitness room with equipment badly maintained.

Good location close to Highway and Shopping mall. The Hotel is nice with art decoration

The Restaurant doesn't have many choice of food but for the night rate is very good.

Poor maintenance. Drain in the shower didn’t work well and flooded the bathroom. Most of the food on the menu not available (even Pizza)

Nice Hotel to stay, friendly staff, outstanding Front Desk the rate is very good.

Location close to MRT, though nothing in Jakarta is really "walking distance".

Room invested by insects and drainage clogged. I could change the room to another which was ok. Room service is expensive and the quality of the food questionable.

Facilities were not up to scratch and staff were not trained well to serve customers. Breakfast and dining at the facility is atrocious.

Room was unavailable upon checking in. Upon checking in , toilet is dirty and unorganised. Wardrobe door broke.

Close to the MRT. Convenient location near mall and public transport. Bfast was ok. Coffee was great!

Arrived early at the hotel and received a compensation to get an early check in. Love so much :1. the restaurant’s buffet menus! 2.my room because I extended 4 times (total 14 days) and got the same room so I didn’t have to move. 3. Location is strategic!

Overall were nice but terrible things happened when I checked out. I had an early flight back to Japan at 7 am and called front desk at 3:30 am to ask help to carry my suitcases to the lobby. (1) Despite calling 5-6 times, no one answered. Luckily the taxi driver called and I asked him to ask the satpam to contact front desk but surprisingly, they don’t even know where the front desk were and how to contact them. I’m a hotelier and been to night shifts so I know well how it works. (2) Last but not least, the front desk finally answered the call and didn’t apologize at all not even when I checked out. So sad but the ending for my long stay (14 days) was bitter!

The place was accessible to my work area.

The room had baby cockroaches all over except the bed. Pest control needed. I have informed the hotel staff.
