Harris Suites Puri Mansion

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were kind, professional, and welcoming. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!

I like room clean and I like the furniture is proper for me meditatiion near the window the air sirculation good

Position is far from main road and we must always use car can not by walk, there is no walking path

good breakfast, very good juice selection and different kind of foods; comfortable rooms and beds; nice staff

terrible breakfast coffee!!! amazing with even a coffee machine, but if it does not work (as often) do not take the other filter coffee... astonishing bad!!

My wife wanted to stay at this hotel again for a quick lay over. (so she can continue her flight the next day) This hotel is so comfortable and affordable. Everything is just perfect. She stayed here 3x times in 2 weeks. A solid 9.4

Breakfast was superb…nice place

My kids couldn do swimming as the pool (next to restaurant) was dirty (under maintenance)..Also nobody inform in advance that there was other pool could be used as alternative…

Booked 1 night for my wife and this is the feedback i got; The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Whole Hotel had a very pleasant smell. Lastly a nice dinner was sent to her room and breakfast was amazing with many options to chose from. A solid 9.4!

Everything was great!

Luxury suites, attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, scrumptious breakfasts, amazing pool

Nothing - loved everything!

Our two-bedroom suite with one double bed and two twin beds, two toilets/sinks and large shower, and kitchenette was perfect for our party of four. We stayed two nights. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! There were so many delicious food options. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for the late check-in, as we arrived at 1:00AM. Great location; not far from the airport. Great value for your money too.

No complaints at all! We were disappointed that we weren’t able to use the pool and waterslide because we didn’t have enough time to fit it in. ?

The hotel rooms were so clean and a lot of space to move around. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast was good.

I just need to say that the down part of the food was served cold, it needs to be warm/hot.

The view was nice

The breakfast was very bad and just a few options

Comfortable hotel with very pleasant service and good food for relaxing a few days after a long air travel

Hotel located within a secured appartement area, so only way to go out was by car or taxi

I like everything the room was clean and spacious the staff excellent customer service Zafar, Raphael and a few that I didn’t get a chance to catch their name. One thing I can suggest is have more machine workout for the gym.

Slow service for in room dining and gave wrong order which they changed but took a lot of time to do so.

The breakfast has lots of variety. staff is friendly and helpful

Shower room, when showering, the water was flowing out to the bedroom and not to the floor trap. So I have to keep pushing the water to the floor trap to prevent the water from going to the bedroom.

Great value for money for a family of 5. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

They don't have as much attention to detail with the daily cleaning. Missed laundry bags. Due to poor design the shower continues to spill over and the bathroom is soaked. But these are very minor things in our view and did not affect our positive experience.

Overall, I had a great visit. The entire crew, in particular, is really kind and supportive.will return to this location in the future. Strongly advised to relieve stress from day-to-day professional life. The best cure.

The only negative was the third-day request for a change room since wanted a different view but was denied the upgrade room.

Good service , very clean and good beds.

It can be noisy during the night , from 4 till 4:30 am lots of noise.

Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The location is somewhat remote, with convenience stores and malls not being very close. However, there are plenty of options for ordering food via delivery apps. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and I couldn't get a stable connection in either room. The toilets are interconnected and share a single shower area. It can be time-consuming for a group to share just one shower area, despite having two toilets.

The bed was comfortable, location wise was good

Lift was slow/not enough, staffs are unprofessional (front desk, Spa, restaurant), breakfast was chaotic, halfboard package was managed poorly, dumb policy for the room key

Location not far from the Airport Nice SuiteBreakfast Buffet was good

The table was dirtyHandsoap only in one bathroom (from 2)Not enough cups Empty water dispenser
