- Located in center of SenayanNear the GBK..Accesss very easyNice swimming pool.. breakfast was very excellent
- It’s perfect in every way I care about in a hotel. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and polite. Check in was easy. The lobby is spectacular with lots of seating available. The room itself was fabulous, with a nice couch, a work desk, a TV with our preferred news channels, and a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and bath, with toiletries that one would need. Downstairs are several restaurants to dine in. We tried the Cascade Lounge, great to have coffee and cake in; the Table8 for Chinese food where we had great tasting soup and roast duck; the Il Mare for Italian food where we had a fish and a chicken dish (should have tried the pizzas, they looked extremely good); and we went to CJ’s Bar for drinks. There is also a huge confectionery shop on the ground floor for sweet cravings. Such a great place to stay and we will certainly be back in future.
- The room the view the pool .
Cons -
- Because of Ramadam ristorante il Mare closed
- Location is central and needs taxi to move around, even to nearest mall
- The single pair of slippers and only one dressing gown inna room with ouble bed booked for Valentine's night. The difficulty trying to control the AC: room was very cold, we tried everything (that did do not work; the display was partially blank - should be simple and not built into a bedside console that has seen better days). The elevators were incredibly slow with one of the eight out of action; we were oj 28th floor, it stopped at six or more floors going up or down. Breakfast selection was OK but fruit was in an adjacent room and - at no time - did the staff indicate it was there. I had to ask because I could not find it (I suggest signs!).All-in-all, not worth the price we paid.

location was very strategic, was staying to attend a concert in Indonesia Arena and all i need to do was cross the street.

Love this property. Stylish design large bedrooms and super comfortable bed. Restaurants are all excellent. CJs bar good for relaxing to live music
Very clean, beautiful, a lot of restaurants, the room is very big, the furniture is beautiful, the bed is perfect for the sleep
Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit though I only needed one. Unit is clean and beds are comfortable.
great service with warm welcome, very comfortable atmosphereThe limo driver ,Adin , greeting polite welcome
Spacious room. Good view. Bidet
Complimentary breakfast not as interesting as other hotels. Overall experience didn't feel like good value.
Good size room. Nice lobby
Hotel Mulia used to be great! There were no staff in the lobby to greet, noone to help with bags. It was strange. Something changed at Mulia but the price is the same
As always clean/ spacious room, good breakfasts, amazing gym. Been staying at Mulia for the last 4 years and it’s never disappoints.
The Japanese restaurant EDOGIN was absolutely TERRIBLE. I went 45 minutes before the placed closed. All the sashimi was already gone and there were only a few disheveled pieces of sushi left.. to be honest the presentation of the leftover sushi gave me gas station sushi vibes. Disgusting. The chefs at the life cooking station gave the impression that I was inconveniencing them when I asked them to prepare food for me. The ice cream was all gone with the exception of two flavours. The staff wasn’t really helpful at all/ not willing to assist. I sincerely regret ever stepping foot into that restaurant. It was pricy and I left upset and with an empty stomach. When I complained to the front desk at EDOGIN, the staff muffled that they will provide feedback to the chef, but honestly it just seemed like they wanted to get rid of me. This entire experience reflects extremely poorly on the Mulia Hotel.
The location is strategic. The room is super clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly.
Extremely luxurious hotel, possibly the nicest I've stayed at in all my years travelling the world. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Staff are numerous and very friendly. After I checked out I had several hours before I had to go to the airport so I went to the spa and had a 90min massage which was quite literally the best massage I've ever had in my life. I also liked that they have their own bar with live band. Love the entire experience.
I'd have to be very very picky to find something I didn't like but if I had to say something it would be that they do not provide milk for the coffee and they do not provide a pod machine in the room. Only instant coffee provided.
Clean cold spacious good food comfortable good design
The lobby was as grand as the pics. The staffs were all wonderful. The food in the buffet was also good
The room was old dark and dustyThe entire hall and lift area were also too darkThe way to the spa was by the stairs, the pool was far from the lift and no rail going to the poil
All the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean!
The room was very big and clean
The hotel is a high-end 5-star establishment. The service and cleanliness are excellent. My room was particularly spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has 3 restaurants; I tried one with Japanese cuisine, and the quality, as well as the value for money, was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and very varied.
The room's Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which is a shame for a hotel of this caliber. Other than that, you can tell the hotel has been around for a few years, but this does not compromise its overall high quality.
The gym was very specious and even rooms also. I would surely suggest others to book this hotel if rates permit. The BRII-II is very close by where one can have good Indian Foods.
