Great location in Setiabudi, be aware that it is in a kampung, not a fancy area. But it is safe, with good access to restaurants, shopping and transportation.

I really wanted to like the Japanese style room, but it really was not very comfortable. The bed converts to a sofa, sort of. There is a seating area with floor pillows, not very useful. The room has windows, but a few centimeter from another building. It felt dark, with no view. Room was clean, but not maintained well.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They let me borrow a charger the entire time I was there as I had brought the wrong one. The room was spacious for 1-2 people with comfy beds.

The pressure and hot water for the shower was very weak. The location is in a suburban area so be prepared to be woken up at 4am every morning by the prayers on loudspeaker outside.

The fact that we can’t open a window. Humidity odor maybe du to the fact that there are no windows and humidity building up + toilet leaking a little in my room.

It’s exactly how it was at the pictures and it’s amazing. Super cozy well designed room with a million dollar view! Comfortable bed, nice aircon and just at the center with all the main spots nearby. Staff was super friendly and they do have coffee machine at the reception, which is super handy in the morning)And it’s unbelievably nice bar at the roof top with amazing food, various cocktails and impressive wine selection. Unfortunately I was with a kid, so def will be back for this one day? And the 360 degree view from the roof at the evening is just wow!!So if you are looking for nice and affordable place at the center of Jakarta, just search no more!

It’s 2 things that were a bit unpleasant:Very strong smell and leaking fan at the bathroom and inability to vape in the room( it’s a fine 500 k for that). But it’s a great place anyway, and it’s just a small issues

Dunno the layout of the rooms are weird the area is close to everything but no hot water from the shower plus no one cleans the room for the price you can get a better room

Exterior of the building was modern. Interior of the hallway, cafe, and building was also modern.

Location is hard to find. It's inside narrow road. Hard to reach public transport. The room was disappointing. I even upgraded to the highest grade of room in this hotel but didnt meet my expectation. Personally, I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

I found too much bugs and ants in the room yes they change it but it was bad No facilitiesNo roof 

Really I don't like anything.

Upon check in ,need to sign statement they will charge me 1.600.000 rupiah in case if I smoke,after they ask me for 350.000 for deposit in case I broke something, which I pay and they return the money after check out . Day two no housekeeping, trash was full no soap,no water , after I complain around 19:00 hour ,they bring soap and water. About the famous roof top I try to go up and they don't let me go , reason is because I ware sandal, my question is why they don't mention the deposit, statement and dress code and not housekeeping in the website or on booking.com, because I got the impression they don't provide housekeeping.

The interior of the room is excellent! The use of a small space is very well thought of! The bed slides out when needed. A lot of storage everywhere. The bathroom is nice and clean and everything just fits perfectly. There is even a slightly hidden shoe rack!Ow and did i mention there is a really awesome rooftop bar!? The view on top of it is amazing and you can almost see the whole city!

Honestly i cant think of anything i didnt like.

Stylish minimalistic interior, everything is new and clean, great window view. Super strategic location in city center. Friendly staff. Fancy bar at the rooftop (one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen). Smart tv.

A balcony door was closed in our apartment and when we asked for a key the staff told that it can be opened only for long-stay guests… don’t understand why ?.

The design was pretty visually pleasing, they're very creative in maximizing limited space. The wifi was pretty fast and steady.

The AC wasn't that cold..They were stingy with the tissue..make sure you buy the tissue by yourself.

The windows were facing a wall, no sun, the bathroom exhaust reeked of the sewers.

The room design is very nice and comfortable. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

The surrounding area is actually quite nice, but the road is quite narrow and a bit difficult to navigate.
