Pros +
- FROM RECEPTIONIST UNTIL ROOM ATTENDANT WAS EXCELLENT EXCEPT 1 OF YOUR SECURITY DURING MY CHECK IN!!
- The room very very derty and also have bad small coming n the toilet and when flush water all bad small coming in all Room
- the good location i.e. Emporium Mall was walking distance away.2) The room cleaner was very helpful and polite.
Cons -
- One of your security is very unfriendly just because my husband works as a LALAMOVE expedition courier and when my husband arrived at the hotel carrying a LALAMOVE bag, your security immediately said "Sir, you are not allowed to enter, just leave the package here". From the beginning when I finished the check-in process, I had informed the receptionist about my husband's arrival. Please improve the service, the friendliness of the staff must also be considered again!
- the keycard kept not being able to work i.e. I had to go to reception to let them “reprogram” it.2) at breakfast, the chicken sausages were popular, and thus ran out fast. It took a long time to wait for the kitchen to replenish.
- the wifi is slow and intermittent. the shower area has no door so have to be careful to not wet the toilet side. the mall downstairs is old and most shops are closed.

It was my 3rd time, so i i knew what to expect :) The room is clean and cosy. The staff is very nice, cute and helpful, the cleaning person rvden folded my pajamas i forgot on the bed :DAlso, we were two and we got each one acces card. The bufet breakfast is nice and just ask a staff member if you miss something!
Minor thing, but providing bottles of water would be helpful to use the kettle and the teas provided.
breakfast are worst than years ago before covid

the mall was old, so have to go outside to find some convenient food
Second time staying here after many years. Maintenance is alright. Good service. Good location. Reasonably clean. Amenities were fine.
Our room didn't get any sunlight - which was sad. Lighting can be improved. Interior felt dingy and outdated - needs refurbishment. Soundproofing can be improved.
Passable
Like boarding room. Shower ? ex broken can be drop out.
The staying here is ok.
Instruction given followed. The smokers floor is terrible. No air-cond and the atmosphere here is smelly and hot.
It was pandemic time. The Mall where hotel located was partially shut down. And I just stayed for one night. Not much I can say.But for less than 350K, it was worth every cent!
