DENZ Premiere Genteng Ijo

The location very convinien, you can just walk for 8mnt to central office of Dirjen Imigration of Indonesia. Or other office in H Rasuna Said area.

Local Food is expensive around that location.

Bed was comfortable and AC worked nice

Bathroom needs an upgrade. It was a bit dirty and a lot of water came in the room when it rained. Also, no water machine. In the year 2022 every hotel should have a place for refillable water, not 2 small pieces of plastic holding barely enough water for a baby

The room is large and clean

There are insects

cheerful staff and great interiors, fast wifi and great place to chill

Very poor

The smell from the toilet was unbearable! It filled the whole room when we accidentally left the toilet door openThe room was small and very dirty

24h lobby is a good bonus. There's a coworking space upstairs which looks pretty good.

1. FacilitiesFacilities are super old. It's clean enough but it's not tidy at all.2. BathroomBathroom looks a bit disgusting to me. And also smells bad. For some reason they didnt provide toilet paper. 3. BedLinen are super old also. I guess it was white some time in the past but now its grey and not that tidy so it was really uncomfortable to me.Bonus: The place is located in extremely poor neighborhood. I've never saw such a poverty though I travel quite a lot. Though it's not that far from city center and there are a lot of warungs/shops around.

location near some small restaurants and few shops

its smelly and not clean. lots of stains on bed sheets. poor WiFi Connection even at the room there lacked of data connection signal from the Phone

First very dirty and I lived 7 days no one aske we should change things and clean

Zero cleaning so dirty inside Toliet ?

Pleasant

my first room has no wifi connection. they move me a to a new room. the second room was dirty. there was no electricity in my room every morning. the response of the staff was slow. There is only one tv channel and it was Chinese tv! the tv connection was extremely poor.

Spacious room. Close to food stalls.

Need more maintenance. Bed sheet was not really clean. Some stains and spotted could be easily seen

Room is spacious, aircon n hot water works fine.

Room is not that clean, lots of dust and stain. TV doesn't work. Need massive maintenance especially at the bathroom area.

The staff are so helpfull and so nice

The accommodation was really disgusting. The sheets were nasty and the shower was full with insects.

Location, staff, value for money

Room isolation, toilet smell

The staff is nice and helpful and the location is good

There's no sound proof. Some neighbors were laughing and making noise at 1am

spacious

no netwok, wifi low signal into my room

All was awfull. Dirty, mold, insects, rude stuff

All was awfull. Dirty, mold, insects, rude stuff

Location is very strategic. Close to the center

Clean and old property, rusty

Spacious room, equip with refridge inside the room. it’s great that i still can hear chirping of the birds in the morning.

Unfortunatly the room not soundproof.

Big room, balcony

Small way to find the location

Convenient location to amenities with a bit of walking. Nice view from balcony. Large toilet and room.

Some construction work of access ways at the compound which was dusty. Need some improvement or renovations. Additional charges for an hour later of check-out.
