Amaris Hotel Slipi

Good hotel included with good breakfast buffet.

The location actually close to anywhere but the street in front is one way street only. So we need to turn around if we want to reach another area, which is quite far away with the traffic.

Room was clean comfortable Plus staff was good.

Everything was ok except at the room was no cattle and breakfast was not good.

Affordable with breakfast included and location was great.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Easy to find. Good facility & service.

Space limited due to the king bed. Mayb if queen bed bettee for standard room. But this is not a big issue.

The staff is not really helpful They don’t help me to print the ticket , They don’t offer me one more blanket when I request . It is no sense that when hotel tell me cannot offer one more blanket

Our first room was dirty and smelled smokey, we then got a different room

The sink inside the toilet was blocked. The breakfast was already cold. The coffee from coffee dispenser was cold and I have to asked one of the attendant to make one cup hot in the microwave.The towel provided was smells bad.I asked for smoking room however At the time we entered the room it's already smells cigarette. Means it was not clean properly after the previous guest left.

Provide water kettle for guests make coffee or hot water.The water dispenser you placed next to the elevator is inconvenience for guests to go in and out the room just to get hot water.Should open the window and let the fresh air come in when you clean the room for make cigarette smells go and spray air freshener.

Room was good enough, staffs were friendly and approachable, breakfast included had quite a variety and tasted good enough.

Perhaps an area for ice

Food and accomadation. So comfort and every day the cleaner will come and clean the room.

I am biased, admittedly. I am from the US. What I would pay here for a month would give me less than a week in the US. But wait, it includes a breakfast...for two. It's in a good location, an easy walk to street food and shopping. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The room is perfect for what I am looking for (working in a comfortable environment).

Definitely very clean hotel. Variety of local food in good taste and good quality at the breakfasts. Sound proof room was the other good thing in this hotel.

my macbook did not connect to wifi because of security problems were detected by it.

The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also big with a nice shower that always had hot water. The WiFi required a login system, however it was fast and never kicked me off. This property is okay for only short stays, because of some drawbacks.

The location is central, but the street is actually quite difficult for taxis because it requires multiple U-turns, and there's nothing really nearby except a hospital. The floor of the room was quite dirty, and the bed sheets were stained, which seems common with Amaris properties in Indonesia for some reason. There was also no furniture to put your things except a small desk. The window was tiny and made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. The walls were relatively strong, but I could still hear other guests screaming and laughing in the hallway and other rooms sometimes, although in fairness it was a holiday weekend and people were a bit excited.

The room are clean and quite comfortable, foods was good

Unfortunately the television is too small and no good visual screen and also not much variety of TV channels, wall handle is detached and I almost fell down, but so far everything all good

Good staff, the hotel was clean.

The location was in the middle of the massive traffic, the wifi was slow.

Smell of the bathroom

We stayed for 4 nights, The room was small in size but the bed and Lenin were good.Location is great near to Central park and Taman Angarrek malls, 5 km to Monas and Gambir station.Breakfast was decent, room service was good.

Compact and very professional. Good for business trips. Economical.

The breakfast reminded more of a lunch buffet with various types of rice and chicken rather than sausages, cold cuts, vegetables, etc, but that might be a cultural thing since I'm used to European hotel breakfast.

Facilities are ok and clean

Front office doesn't understand English. Communication is very poor. We booked one queen bed room and one twin bed room for three nights. We got both the rooms with twin-bed. I dint get the option to complaint to the hotel staff as they were not getting my problem. On top of it we lost 150,000 IDR which was kept in hotel room. When we complained about it, front office staff was not reactive/heartless. Due to this we were short of some money, when we asked the front office staff for help- borrow bare minimum money to take a taxi and exchange the dollars, they simply refused. In addition to this, when we were about to check out, we wanted our quota of complementary water bottles, they simply refused and wanted me to pay for it. Finally I dint pay for it.All the above examples shows that this hotel's unprofessional attitude.
