The staff were out of this world. For, they were incredibly courteous, helpful and cheerful.

Whoever designed this hotel probably did not know about sound proofing. The noise levels from the street and from Neighboring rooms as well as rooms above you we're very noticeable. The room next to me had a connection door and kids on the other side were trying to open the door on me and my wife. Water pressure seems to be a problem in that hotel because using a generous shower was something to be wished for.

Location ealking distance to food area.

Old, smelly, disappoinying breakfast, door is freguqntly broken, pool smaller than expected, 6 people is already crowded.

Location is great. Overall it's fine but tbh its looking run down. In my room nothing was straight, the tables, or TV!

Needs some attention but it's worth it for the price.

great location, decent breakfast, loved the view from the rooftop and the rooftop pool, overall good value for the money. If they have the space they will also let you checkout late for a nominal hourly fee.

Decently clean, but the rooms could use a little sprucing up facilities/furniture-wise. Booking.com told me I was being upgraded for free but the room I was put in didn't seem like it was an upgrade at all, it was a very basic small room, however it was only for one night so I didn't care enough to bother to ask.

Rude staft. Unhelpful. Hot and humid room with AC not working. No windows. Got sick in the room . The staff refused to accept that the AC wasnt working when it clearly wasnt. Had to pay for another hotel at 1 am. Worst experience.

the restaurant for breakfast is nice

I had to ask for towel and toiletries. AC is not working, hard to breathe immediately get sick due to the lack of oxygen.

The staff, the breakfast and the pool were excellent. They also have live entertainment at the weekends.

The towels, sheets and carpets need to be replaced.

The location of the hotel is very strategic. Located at the heart of South Jakarta, it is easy to find foods and places to visit as a tourist.

The hotel is far from clean. It seems like it was a very old building with low maintenance. Even if the wifi is pretty much doing its job, but the hotel room is far below expectation especially if we compare it with the picture presented in the brochure.

Buffet breakfast was great

The rooms were smaller than pictured and hallways did not feel safe. Not clean either.

Very good and strategic position in Kemang with basic facilities needed.Room was clean.

The property needs overall really some renovation. Arround roof top area parts are broken and/or really outdated.Breakfast was more than basic to compare with a previous stay.

location as many grocery shops and food premises are around but quite limited for breakfast. the top floor restaurant and view is amazing

room is terrible as it is run-down with bad bathroom facilities and no proper towels. the air conditioning is not chilling enough and is noisy, the lights are terrible and worse, no drinking water in the room, and need to get from a broken water dispenser outside the room. limited usage of lifts and air conditioning in the lobby during peak time - claims for power-saving.

The customer service and location

- Old towels and should be changed more frequently - The door key keeps getting stucked and need to call staffs to get access into the room. It’s inconvenient for customers - Overall, i’d recommend to do more proper maintenance of the hotel

The smell of the smoke in the room, even if in the non smoking room it's not suitable to bring baby or kids

My child drop a little drops of ice cream on the bed sheet.. Not permanent. Can easily wash away but the hotel still charges me Idr200k for "damage".

It is near to shops and etc

The smell of the room. The fact that it is a non smokinh area, you can still smell cigarettes lingering in the room and we have a baby with us. The bedsheet/pillow also smell, doesnt feel fresh.

Good location and cheap

Very old hotel, carpet need to be change, some light on the wall in the hallway need to be fixed some of them broken.

Staff are nice, breakfast was good and the roof is nice too.

There was a big party happening on the roof with a DJ when we arrived and it sounded like it was in our room. Wasn't able to sleep until around 2am when it was turned off.

location is strategic, the breakfast is good, the room was clean, staff is friendly, many food street, convience store & resto near hotel. overall is good.

the lobby was smells bad, the coffee machine cannot be used.
