Azana Suite Hotel Antasari

breakfast was in reasonable manner and the hotel close to some good restaurant, Room are big enough for adults to stay and big bathroom even one attached to the master bed

Room so noisy from the road and traffic, Air conditioning not working properly even twice complain it was not fixed, Hotel provide the mini bar however we took only one item but hotel request to pay for all items from the mini bar.

The room is great, clean and large

Breakfast menu is not goodNeed more tableNot enough staffNo tissue and tools at the table

good for an overnight stay

does not match the description.there is nothing that is offered in the booking com. There is no cooler, although there is one in the photos.there is no shampoo in the bathroom, no hand towels, no foot towels2 toothbrushes for foura lot of things are missing

Location and spacious ..

Less or you can say no electric socket for charger, even in the desk, no spare electric plug for laptop charger. You have to disconnect appliances plug for using phone charger or laptop charger. Is very annoying for me. And all parking lot is limited by the cone even is in empty space.

The room is spacious but too dark the lighting

The shower and bathroom need to redesign the food bellow standar of 4 star hotel

The appartment was very clean and spacious and the beds very nice.

The food wasn’t great and the swimming pool not inviting.

Nice room with comfy bed.

The shower didn’t drain and the location wasn’t great due to heating traffic all night.

Location and big room

Limited staff, carpet in the living room not clean, breakfast not good

one of great choice on tb simatupang.business and weekend can have same opportunity

only one way to reach, if you came from east or want to go south/east, a bit long way for turn around.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite.

Breakfast arrived cold and not given too many choices. Subpar I thought compared to other places I've stayed in Indonesia.

A very good bed. We stayed for one night only. The staff was helpful, we didn’t make use of many facilities, it’s not for us to judge these.Overall an OK stay.

Minor things not worth mentioning.

Its beyond my expectation i booked for suites with two bedroom. Both room and living room are spacious. They have a complete kitchenete even the stove and the dining plate a perfect place for family to stay even for business traveler

They cud upgrade more the fooftop restaurant cause they have a cozy spot upstairs rooftop resto with infinity swimmingpool and city view

I love everything about this hotel. there is nothing to complain about. I could say, the room is pretty big, perfectly clean, and the people who work here are so friendly and accommodating. Ms. Regi in the front desk helped me to print out my document and I can’t thank her enough, also the guy in the front desk, forgot his name, did a great job too by doing an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. definitely will recommend this hotel .

Clean & comfort hotel with friendly staff.. Kindly like the idea to set pool visit management to prevent crowded and apply social distancing

beautiful and comfortable room

I love the staff. They were attentive and professional

Traffic of course in Jakarta is not the best so if you need to be around this location ideal

Food choice is limited

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet wasn't very well presented.
