A good hotel in the area of Jakarta, close to a shopping mall. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Super comfortable beds and particularly pillows. Although booked room only since not a breakfast person, the buffet set up and offering was extensive and well presented. I enjoyed great coffees and pastry at the lobby lounge catered by young and enthusiastic team members. Super helpful and friendly team members.

breakfast at restaurant is cold -- the rice, the meat, vegetables. Housekeeping is slow. The drawer dropped off I complained first day. Complained to front desk. no action. Reminded them on day 2. It takes 3 days to solve.We asked for 2 sets of small and 2 sets of big towel since me and wife staying. They did not deliver and we have to keep reminding them.

__HOTEL__This hotel has nothing to do with FOUR STARS HOTEL. Website pictures are old, like the hotel, like the room carpeting and all its old marks, like the broken radio into the shared areas. Sweat breakfast wasn't so good: pandan roti was old and dry, pastry was not fresh too.__1st ROOM__ Wasn't so clean - Broken equipments -> AC (noisy and NO cold air) and broken kettle - Nothing in the fridge. So we asked to change room__2nd ROOM__ Clean - Functional equipment - Optional food and drink inside - But SO SO SO NOISY coz of the road.

Great staff; good breakfast; good pool; good gym, plenty of hot water for shower but that’s where it ends unfortunately.

A/c wasn’t working when we checked in late at night after travelling all day and took an hour to get fixed although it couldn’t be adjusted, at least we could sleep comfortably. The drain under the bathroom sink must be full because the water drained very, very slowly and the drain leaked onto the floor. And then the curtains couldn’t be closed fully letting early morning light in. Had we been staying longer than two nights I would have requested a room change, but as it was I just couldn’t be bothered.

Old rooms are renovated, both room no flush , Damaged water tap , no foot rust in bath room. very bad

Location and friendliness of staff.

At breakfast, the sliced breads could be fresher. When we checked in on Friday, the air-conditioning in all areas was too warm. After feedback to front desk, it was all sorted out.

Very friendly staff, ambience of the reception area, bakery, bar and Restaurant area all very clean and spacious.Greeted by receptionist Nala who was very helpful the whole of my stay.Had breakfast multiple times with a good variety of food for both Indonesian and International guestsReceived a complimentary lunch on check out as a gift from Indonesia.Restaurant has very welcoming staff like Inas who assisted always with a smile and very kind.Also held party for New Year’s Eve which was very fun lovely decor and good vibes.I will definitely look to book with Harris again on my next trip to Indonesia.Would definitely recommend :)

Breakfast buffet is always very good with different selections each day, as is the case with the dinner buffet when it’s on. If not dinner buffet, a la carte available. Reliable a/c, plenty of hot water for showers, and comfy beds in a good location. Pool is long enough for decent laps, with a well-equipped gym including sauna. Spa and massages available for additional cost. Staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects.

Would prefer a shower stall rather than shower over bath. Hall carpets are a little dated but overall, this hotel is very good value for money imho ?

Location and room size

Check in was slow as the front desk agent struggle to find the booking. The security staff were the friendliest. When i came to check in there were two front desk staff and one staff that looks like the manager (judging from her attire) and none of them even bother to greet or look at the guest directly and then the later just turn around and walkaway. The key just given with no explanation of how to access it or other facilities(wifi, parking,f&b,etc) on offer. They were really unfriendly and unwelcoming gestures specially the manager. The room was just dated with no complimentary bottles of water, no directory for tv or hotel facilities whatsoever.

Room facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much variety of food. The staff are friendly. It Is close to the mall and train stations.
