The bed was comfy and clean. I like the idea of having direct access to the mall.

The toilet was smelly

Staff were polite, attentive and always anxious to satisfy. Location was convenient and gave easy access to tourist locations and mall. Breakfast was an excellent buffet providing choices to suit the pallet of all travellers.

Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good, lots of different kinds of food and drinks. It is attached to the PIK Avenue Mall, makes it very convenient. Easy access to lots of restaurants and places to see/ shop.

The bed is not comfy. The hotel must change to be "Queen Size" not 2 beds combined together.

guest room is very dark because of too small ceiling lightingtraffic is terrible around hotelvery disappointed with staff name Ms.Vanny at breakfast reception, she ignore my request to check wifi access. I have to follow up with her 3 times and her colleagues have to take action instead.

The location was great, the hotel was connected to the shopping mall.Close to Pancuran PIK and to the Airport. Reception staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Agnes.

We've always stayed with Mercure whenever we visited Jakarta. The location is very convenient, mall right beside it, Batavia PIK and PIK2 are just about 5-10mins car ride away. Lots of eateries around the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel has improved since our last visit about a year ago. I was definitely blown away by the small personalised bday celebration prepared by the FD staffs. Totally sweet and unexpected!

The power and USB sockets in the room need to be replaced. We had difficulty plugging in our travel converter into the power socket (one of our charger got damaged because of it), and the USB sockets were of no use as there wasn't any power coming out of them at all.

the room is small, carpet are dirty, need better vacuum, still can see hair and dusk on the carpet.the hair dryer is not working, stop every 5 seconds and need to rest for 15 mins then another 5 seconds (room 1822)

Location is perfect due to direct connect to Shoping Mall and minutes from Toll. Room nice....bfast great. No complain at all.

Bit expensive

We liked the staff, the service and the food.

Sealed off room, I understand this is the trend but it didn't suit us. It felt claustrophobic.

Good spread for breakfast, but could be 6am instead.

Check in was too long! 15 mins!!!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, several USB ports, huge continental and Asian breakfast buffet, well equipped gym, outdoor pool & garden space on an open roof terrace but most of all very friendly and helpful staff, will stay here if returning to Jakarta again.

The facilitations of the whole hotels are fine. The matress is good.

The shower door opening out and floor towel is colliding at the same position, thus wet floor is inevidable at all. The hall way lightings are inadequate if there are seniors as customers. The TV screen are all turning blues...we have tried adjusting but its in a constant blue tint. (room 1528)

The staff service attitude

I booked a large bed room and the hotel do give me a large bed, however when I start to sleep and noticed the bed is combined by 2 single bed, it make me very uncomfortable because at the middle still have gaps between 2 beds.

The location

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm, at 3pm the room was still not ready.
