Service Excellent and the COVID19 Protocol Perfect. I felt perfectly safe. It is simply the BEST hotel in Jakarta.

Everything in this hotel was above any expectations. The size, design, and cleanliness of the room, a beautiful marble with modern fixtures bathroom, delicious food. But especially I was amazed by the most helpful, caring, friendly, and smiling staff. Honestly I think I had the best service ever. I literally felt I was already in a paradise! Super high level. Very impressive!

It’s impossible to find any imperfection there. Everything was just Perfect.

It was one of the greatest times in Jakarta and the employees were helpful and welcoming, they made our stay so special when they knew that I came with my wife for honeymoon in Indonesia.I would love to thank Mr. Dasep Mulyawan, the director of rooms for his hospitality and professionalism.

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations.Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special...The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful.The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

I was on floor 23 but the traffic noise was a bit disturbing !!

Superb location, professional staff, great food - from breakfast through lunch to dinner. Spacious room with large bathroom.

We could hear the noise from the outside road ( cars, bikes) in our room. The fitness too small for such hotel.

The staff really make this hotel great, the concierge staff even paid for my taxi on arrival as the one I had booked prearrival didn't show up, so I had no local currency. After a long journey from London, and arriving at the hotel at 2am, this was a welcome relief.The club lounge staff were also lovely and gave a friendly and efficient service always remembering my name.

The food could be better. Plus the room should be fitted with international power sockets as many of the other 5 star hotels are in Asia now.

Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.

on the first day we were called from our restaurant, where we had all inclusive, to the restaurant on the 6th floor, where the chef presented a 6-course dinner. all the food was delicious. But there is one thing: people nearby poured a glass of wine. we were bypassed. it was very humiliating. we had full board and included free alcohol in this hotel. When we offered to pour a glass of wine, they offered it to us for money. I consider this an unacceptable, degrading human dignity, considering his stay at the hotel completely ruined. Now about the service in our restaurant: it was, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory.when you eat, the waiters do not follow and do not clean the table on time, which is why a mountain of dirty dishes accumulates on the table. Coffee was served, no sugar was served. when they brought sugar they did not give a spoon than you can put sugar. Everything needs to be asked for all the time.when reserved, they asked if they had game wine for breakfast in full board - they said it would be. the result was nothing.Service is intrusive.There is no logic in many points.The sauna on the 1st floor was missing a facial tonic which we didn't touch.Upon check-in, all accessories were for 1 person, including a bathrobe. Although the booking indicated 2 people. In this connection, I had to call, ask, wait, which I consider unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The food options on the concierge floors were excellent. We very much enjoyed the lunch and dinner service. I wish I had arrived earlier for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even the chef came by to check in on us during dinner. The room was exceptional, exactly what I expect from a Ritz, and why I chose your property.

There was a small glitch when I arrived, my booking.com reservation was not honored, so I had to pay a bit more. But that’s not the fault of the Ritz, that was a problem with booking.com. Pro tip: book directly, and have the hotel pick you up and drop you off, to save time and effort.

The location was excellent and the view from the room was great. The room was inclusive of all meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for happy hours and they were awesome. The staff from the security guard, the bellboys, reception, and the lounge at level 21 were very friendly and accommodating, and one felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Willmer who went around to all the tables and inquired about the food and the services. That is something rare in hotels nowadays.

The noise from the traffic outside was very disappointing. The hotel needs to improve its soundproofing such as better double glazing for the windows and better soundproofing for the walls.

service is good standard. good facility. easy access to lounge and mall.

it can be quite far from other areas but is really close to the CBD area. it is really an ideal location for work.

Service is excellence. Clubs floor free flow of food and bewerage is excellence. I got the bigger room and the room is huge with Jacuzzi and sauna. very good view from the room.

Unfortunately i got a noisy room facing the noisy traffic. And may even be having some issue with wind noise. Hence in the dead silent of the night its very loud.

well maintained, clean and spacious room in very good location. staff is very friendly. everyone seems to know my name. impressive.

the location is really the best with direct entrance to a shopping mall and a short walk to the most vibrant area in Jakarta. the room is spacious, nicely decorated, well appointed and functional. the food choice is great and the quality is okay. the service is the reason to go back and the staff deserve 11 out of 10 !!!

hard to fault it actually and the relatively small lobby area is a structural issue that the RC management can do nothing about it.
