I was hesitant to book this property as the reviews weren’t brilliant only coming in at a 6.5 there was mentioned about the lifts been slow and the air conditioning also not been very good. However I can honestly say this is a little gem of a hotel. The air-conditioning in our room was fantastic and the lift were working perfectly fine not slow at all. The room was incredibly spacious and and very nice. As a matter of fact, it was probably the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in Jakarta. I thoroughly enjoyed I stay at this hotel. Also, I have to mention the breakfast was very nice. I always like sausages and eggs and baked beans in the morning surprisingly lot of hotels don’t do baked beans but not this one. Also 24 hour room service was great If there’s only one thing negative I will say is the location is a little bit away from Shopping Malls and restaurants. But you can always get a Grab and you’ll only be 20 minutes away from everything overall a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay again. Ignore the previous reviews as I can tell you this hotel is definitely a 7.5 - 8 rating

The location was a little bit away from the main city centre.

Location lets the hotel down. not far from Mangga Dua Square but an unpleasant walk to get there. Not much of interest close to the hotel.Great view from the room over Jakarta.

The lifts take forever to get you to your room. I was there for 3 days and 1 lift was out of service the whole time. One lift only went to the residence levels and a third lift was reserved as a service lift. leaving only 1 lift to service the hotel levels.

The room was very comfortable with amazing views. Employees were great!

I had an accident and I was shocked that the hotel didn’t have a first aid kit. Fortunately, the reception employees were very kind and ran to the pharmacy to buy things for the wound.

I fell ill because dust was flying to our faces from the Cielings. They lied that they clean it regularly, but when the manager climbed up, it was disgusting as if it was never cleaned for years.

No sugar & tea in the room, kattle was leaking, staff took so long to respond

We were on 31st floor and it took so long to get the lift, and then it would stop on almost every floor- making this commute TERRIBLE. If someone god forbids has an emergency I am unsure how they would be able to take lift for 10 minutes.

Ben at reception was fantastic! He checked me in and gave me some tips of where to go for a meal. He explained what facilities were available and if I needed any help to contact him. Excellent service!

The breakfast does not meet expectations, foods and even the services.

Although the hotel has an aged appearance, having a gentle and friendly staff who proactively assist guests rather than making them constantly ask for help can make a significant difference. Our stay was marred by a distressing experience where someone persistently knocked on the neighboring door at around midnight, causing loud disturbances multiple times. The noise was so intense that it frightened my wife and left us feeling uneasy. This is an incident we won't soon forget. In addition to the door key and lift system require separate keys, which is inconvenient and cumbersome to manage

The sheets were dirty and the room door was damaged doesn’t open until I hit it with my shoulder !

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean upon arrival, with dust on the furniture and stains on the carpet.

I spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel and was very pleased with my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view from the window. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with something new every day. The hotel's location was also great, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return here again!
