Spacious two bedroom suite with separate living/ dining room

No cooking utensils supplied The tiles and walls in shower cubicle were not clean

The location was great

The rooms didnt look as advertised and very old furniture, the air conditioner wasn't working we had to call the reception multiple times to have a technician look at it

My children did not like the rooms, the toilet and the pantry. There's cockroach in the toilet and rooms. The toilet isn't clean, mouldy and everything is not updated. There's broken tile in the living room. We check out after 1 hour stay in the unit.

The quality of property is very bad, old building with poor maintenance.The unit I got is way different that the one show on the website Booking.com so I was very dissappointed when I arrived there.AC machine is very old, almost broken. The AC in one of the guest room is actually hot

The priority is not clean. There is tiny cockroaches everywhere.

Loved the hotel location and view from the balcony. Room 2806 got the best view.The check-in process was smooth and the lady was very kind, attentive and responsive.House keeping staffs are excellents too.The room is comfortable. Nice pillow and blanket.

Bathroom. Bathroom improvements would make the room 10/10.

Location, and Horison Ultima, is not run by Kozystay, who will take your money, and not return it even for genuine cancelations. Avoid staying at Kozystay locations...

Horison needs a lot of money spent on renovations to rotten doors and door arches. The bathroom and kitchenette needs updating and deep cleaning. Leaking tap over bathroom sink

Nothing at all.

Everything!! The unit was not clean. Lights were all very dimmed. All of the air conditioner wasn't cold, even when set to lowest temperature, highest fan speed. Faced with a power trip due to the air cond on my final night stay. Power points wasn't at the right places i.e. not suitable for work. Water leaking at bathroom. Cockroaches were running around. Breakfast with limited choices.

Pathetic and dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Cupboards, kitchen and toilets are very dirty and not upto the mark.Bedsheets are not clean and noticed some stains.Have broken tiles in the bathrooms. Shower not in good condition.Water leakage from AC in the living room and some kind of smell in the rooms. Have seen cockroaches creeping in the living area also.I never recommend this place for family stay.No proper Air Conditioning in the reception area akso.

I liked the location, the size of the room, and the view from the 11th floor room 1108. The staff was attentive and helpful. there is always a Bluebird waiting at the lobby.

Cleanliness and the time and effort spent on cleaning the room instead of making it a race!

Shower room, toilet very Dirty, facilities very old, air conditioning licking when we called maitainance so long not come until tomorrow evening.

Friendly staff, if you are traveling with children the playground area and swimming pool are worth a lot in jakarta because it is huge, even though they are not very new (as the whole building)

All in all quite old building that needs some restauration. food in restaurant not the best...

Lift always problem like no maintenance and I can see many guests waiting for lift cause only 1 lift available and another 1 always problem.At kitchen and toilet there are so many small cockroach..
