It’s very close to everything. Safe and not that expensive. Rooms are good and clean.

Breakfast perfect and location is easy to find it. To front office Mr. Eka thank you so much for your help! You made our day easy and we can rest after long travel.

Stayed here so we could be walking distance from the office and it was very comfortable. The rooms are large enough for one person (it would be tight if two were sharing) but it had everything you would need. The bathroom is large and the beds are comfortable. You could also store luggage after check out. We had no issues staying here and were quite satisfied for the price.

The place is clean and the staff are very helpful. We also enjoyed the facilities. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Jakarta.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

It’s bathroom floor. It’s slippery when wet and feels slimy. Very dangerous and someone might fall .

The room is ok. And the receptionists and the securities are all good.

The bathroom in the shower was slippery and very dangerous when it’s wet. There’s face or hand towels . My suitcase lock was changed and I can’t opened it and had to reset it thank goodness i can do it. I normally locked my suitcase as I don’t trust the cleaners after bad experiences. The only person that gets into the room was the cleaner. So now you get it. I don’t like the plug that was almost on the floor and I almost hurt my arms n no space to get in.

I like the fact that its suite room, the staffs were friendly actually but..

The suite room is actually spacious somehow reasonable price if they do a little touch up in the bathroom, change the toilet bowl its not suitable for suite room the condition, renew the sealent on the bathroom sink, replace the mirror with new one because it has stained, change the shower with hand shower because its more convinient and its good to rinse the body also the shower thoroughly, the housekeeper staff were nice but forgot to put hand towels despite i wrote a note and left tips so that they clean it nicely neatly and properly.Front office staff were far worst, i asked for the cuttleries and took them more than 30 minutes to delivered it to the room and i thought would be proper one and its plastic for suite guess hahahaa a joke, also one of the staff were so rude by asking the room number " what your room number" through the phone ( as i know in every hotel they have notification system to let the receptionist know from which room number they got the call from ) even he was arguing with me over it. Also, their breakfast so horrible, the only nice taste one was croissant and eggs ..the rest just horrible, and if you come late for breakfast..everything will be gone and messy and they dont do refill..really bad!!.. the staffs it self were actually nice and some are helpful..very few at least one person that i talked to from receptionist department that were stupid and arrogant.

Location near the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel at jalan slipi.Great breakfast selection from local food, bread, American breakfast and free flow fresh grind coffee machine.

The hotel does not give us the full set of toiletries in daily basis. Facing a clogged in shower area, request a few time repair work but not solved. Only solve it on our last day after a 4 night stay

Please alert with name of guest. We got little trouble about booking because similar name with another guest. Staff make mistake with our booking. But after that, this matter settled with smooth.

Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, including Eki at the bar, he was very nice.Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food, well prepared.Room was comfortable and well appointed.

There was a slight residual smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupant of our room. As a result, air was not completely fresh (an issue for non-smokers). Some cigarette butts were littered around outdoor sitting area near the pool.

- There were too many disturbing repeated train sound every several minutes the whole day until midnight.- The door material quality is extremely low. When opening, closing, locking, and slamming the door, the sound was really loud and disturbing people in the other room.Please do not give any repeated excuse: Other people do not tell me about the disturbing sound. Because that basic mistake is already repeatedly said by other people.Please find another excuse.

The room is not clean, the shower head is dirty, refrigerator also dirty.Didn’t provide any shampoo and body wash, and no place to put during shower.There’s only one plug in the room, in front of the table, another one is back of the door, on the floor.Even the water is yellow..
