- The hotel was fantastic they had so many amenities. The exercise room is super the daily water in the frig was awesome. The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to a lot of sightseeing.

- Contrary to the lady I mentioned, the rest of the staff were just meh - felt like they were always in a rush (even though they aren’t) and would fiddle around their PCs and phones so they wouldn’t have to engage with you, so the vibes isn’t very welcoming - maybe it’s a communication/cultural thing? IDK, I’ve stayed in other places in Gangnam and they weren’t like thatThere are 3 elevators but they take some time to open

Plus points to the lady in the first floor who was working the night shift in the elevators - she was friendly and approachable and gave tips when exploring nearby areas; I would come back for her hospitality

Roomy. Bed and pillows were excellent. Staff were extremely attentive to customers and helpful.

The room was very spacious. The location was also very convenient. Bonus plus- airport bus just outside of Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay again.

Extremely dirty - I had rashes all over my body from the dirty / not thoroughly washed blankets, towels and pillows - I watched the housekeeping staff change out stuff and it was just disgusting. The housekeeping staff and the front desk staff saw what was coming out of the blankets and kept apologizing. But the operations manager (Ryan?) came up when I submitted another complaint and told me he would only cooperate if I get a doc’s notice stating that my rashes are from the blankets - which really puzzled me. Never developed this condition prior to the stay and accusing me for making up stuff?? The rooms were never thoroughly vacuumed. Could not sleep at all for my week stay

I didn’t like carpet in the room it never felt clean enough. The walls also needed touching up as they were marked up.The mattress on the twin bed was too hard There aren’t that many good restaurants close by

Hygiene was not good. I found hair in bath on the first day, I also sow a butt of icos in the drover. Cleaning wasn’t good.
Location near subway station and Coex mall and walkable to many areas around downtown. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Elevators take long time. The fire alarm testing on our stay started around 6 am and they informed us it will start around noon which disturbed our sleep.
