Sotetsu Fresa Inn Seoul Myeong-dong

I was given the same level as the lobby and it was very convenient. Amenities were good and I really appreciate their ice machine and coffee machine. They also provided many choices of amenities such as hair tie, bath salt that I can help myself freely beside the check-in counter. The best thing is the location for people who love shopping at Olive Young as it was diagonally opposite it

If we can have a slightly earlier check in would be great as our flight arrived early.

This hotel is perfectly located for tourist travelers. In the center of all the action of Meyong. Shopping, Lotte Department Store, restaurants, street food vendors, spas, hair salons, beauty treatments, plastic surgery centers, and easy to hop on a bus that takes you directly to ICN airport. Very convenient. I could go shopping, drop off my bags and go out again. Hahaha! The staff accommodated a late check out without problem and gave me all kinds of pointers of what to do and where to go. Safe, convenient, near the train station and the Cathedral. Reasonably priced.

Room was tiny, but well appointed. I had everything I needed and if you need to work they have a huge area in the lobby for that.

I rarely give any review above a 8 but this definitely 9.5! The location is perfect right next to all the action but the rooms are high enough so you don’t hear the noise- highly if it’s your first time in Korea and want to soak in as much as you can and the amenities were great! It’s all in the details from the hand warmers they gave at check in, to the air purifier/diffuser in the rooms, Kbeauty samples, easy luggage storage, comfy bed, friendly/helpful staff - it was everything I needed and more!

If you get the standard room or any be a bit small for 2 people especially if you come with a lot of luggage- it was fine for me but maybe get a bigger room if you’re 2 people.

Location, cleanliness, staff, were all excellent.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but the room itself was super small for a family of 3. No place to lay the suitcase. But overall for the price, can't go wrong. In a very good location of Myeongdong.

The room is extremely small. Walking space is tight for a family of 3.

Location was decent and it was clean.

One washer and dryer unit on the lobby floor. Large amount of noise from staff as room was located near supply closet of some sort, we would hear them chattering away loudly when trying to sleep. Also due to the draft maybe from them opening the door, our door would rattle several times at night.

Good location

Very small rooms with no space for luggage. Mosquitoes in the room on the first night. Very loud lobby, so if you’re staying on the 12th floor, you can hear everything from above.

The location is amazing. The room is clean.

Bed could be more comfortable

Location was excellent, a bit chaotic but still good. Had an electrical issue in my room, maintenance man fixed it right away!

Toothbrush set should be included in amenities at no additional cost.

Location within walking distance on most shopping and dining experiences.

Tight spaces, one available power outlet. Cramped lobby. Staff could be more pleasant and friendly.

The staff are nice Location is great.

The bathroom is awful You have to hop over a knee high bathtub with very narrow glass door to go in for shower. We asked the front desk and they said all the bathrooms are like that but saw other rooms that have walk in shower. What a weird and very hard to get in shower tub. My replaced knee have a hard time. Awful shower tub.

The hotel is right in the center of the shopping district of Myeongdong and at night you walk out of the hotel right into the middle of the night market.The staff were super eager to please and nothing was a problem

The rooms are a little small, but not unusual for Asia and once we had everything put away everything was just fine

Location is perfect. You are right next to all of the street food and restaurants. You can also walk a few minutes to easily access the uber/taxi pickup area. Staff is pleasant

Spacing in the room made it difficult to open luggage, especially if there were multiple people in the room.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Myeongdong.

Can get a little hard to walk around outside especially if you have your luggage but that’s the price you pay to stay in a prime location.

The location is unbeatable- central to all shopping and close to subway and airport bus. You have lots of eating places and Myeongdong Cathedral right next door The staff was very helpful and friendly. You have the facility to recharge wowpass and currency exchange in the lobby - which was a lifesaver.

The room we stayed in twin standard - was a bit cramped with little space to move about.

Nice room, and nice bed, with everything you need, nice lounge at the top, as well as self service laundry , free coffee and nice staff at lobby, very helpful. Public transport in the area is very accessible.

Myeongdong as the area is a bit too much touristic, thus the restaurants/shops price/quality ratio is a bit on higher side, and too much tourist oriented , thus I’d encourage to find the restaurants in other districts.
