Lavita Hotel

Liked the place, near by COEX exhibitions hall, 15m walking or 2-3min bus, very close to bus station, nearby supermarkets and Starbucks,Calm and quiet,

The shoud put English translation on AC remote control, the rooms and bathroom is very small, They dont have water bidet.

The location was really convenient. Coex Mall/Starfield Library is just 3 bus stops away and even walking distance around 15-20 minutes. The airport bus 6006 stops right in front of the hotel. The front desk was really helpful guiding us to the airport bus station and schedule. It took only 1 hour to reach to the airport.

Overall a good place. We enjoyed free parking and the helpful staff.

It should be clear that HVAC is controlled by the front desk. We suffered two hot nights fumbling with a remote control, before we called the front desk, to be told we could not control the temperature ourselves. The gap in the bathroom door could be closed with a trim. Some of the corners/surfaces could be scraped or de-scaled, but the cleanliness was not an issue.

Decent sized room, clean and good facilities.

Very charming beautiful hotel, we had so good stay here, very friendly staff, close to Airport shuttle bus and metro station so convenient.

This hotel truly exceeded expectations. Its excellent location, coupled with impeccably clean rooms and daily fresh towels, made for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, I will book this hotel again on my next visit to Seoul.

The location is very good. Cheongdam station in 5 minute walk, COEX in 20 min. Staff was very helpful.

The staffs were very helpful and make our stay enjoyable! The staffs helped us to store our luggage while we’re going to Jeju and Busan. Thank you!

The bed was a little bit too hard (my preference)

Very clean. Location very close to Starfield Coex Mall. Easy check in.

I love the location. You can walk to the COEX Mall and there's a nearby bus stop that you can ride a bus to get to the Express Bus Terminal then transfer to a bus going to Itaewon. The location is near a train station too. Getting to Itaewon via train was a bit of a hassle so the bus rides just worked for me. A cafe/restaurant was available onsite too!

There were a few stains on the bed sheets in which you can get charged at.

The location is not bad but it turned out to be a way further than we expected from the hospital

It’s very cold in winter, but thanks to to receptionists we could get the extra heater.

Location is very good. Near Coex by walking 15 mins.Super close to MRT. Bed and room are clean.

They dont provide the safe in the room.

I didn’t order breakfast because I wasn’t sure where to go or how the process worked, and I didn’t ask, so that’s on me. However, I wasn’t the only one confused by the posted breakfast time and location. I heard other foreigners mentioning the same thing.

I wish I had asked more questions about the breakfast options and how to order room service. It would have been nice if the restaurant (Aurora) offered a variety of food, especially Korean dishes. It would’ve been perfect to just head downstairs, enjoy a meal, and relax without leaving the hotel.

Good locationn,near subway, bus station and airport bus.

Staff is very good

all staffs are helpfull. the location is also easy to get it. near MRT, so I didn't need to walk far.

the bed is so fix/hard.

The hotel is good but near around not is the shopping centre, can walk 10-20min then reach 1 mall. Can take bus go around.

Als the shop they alls closed very early.

The place is well located and the staff was helpful and spoke good english. It is close to the metro station. There is a shuttle bus to the airport nearby as well.

Security monitoring may be lacking as someone was wandering ringing doors one night.Also the bed mattress was rather rough.

I like the perfect location where this hotel is very near to the exit of cheongdam station, and there's bus stop right in front of it. The airport bus stop is also very close to this hotel??

The window and curtain looks brown in colour, the glass of the window is very oily. But the other facilities are clean and comfort.

Good location, great staff, very helpful. I struggled a bit with the bed - but the staff were very accomodating in trying to source something to make it more comfortable. The location is close to subway and very easy to catch a taxi if needed. Some of the little things that you expect are not there - but I am not the sort of traveller that fusses on those things so it was good for me.

Aircon in my room was quite noisy and then the bed was a bit uncomfortable - but the staff did their best to rectify that and it was a bit better.
