The room was excellent and had an amazing view over Seoul. The location is right in central Seoul, very close to all the main attractions. A big plus was the bathtub, which is quite uncommon in Korea. The extra freebies were an unexpected and very pleasant surprise.
I'm not a big fan of 'digital checkout'. Especially since staff assumes that foreigners there will use passport and speak English so it took longer to check in for no reason.

We missed a closet in the room, a proper space where we could store our clothes. As we stayed here for 5 nights, finding a place for our clothes after we unpacked was challenging with only a couple of hangers and a shelf.Unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.In order to be able to check in one hour early I had to become a member of the hotel and complete a registration process online which seemed like an unneccesary step considering it is unlikely I will be a regular at this hotel due to the distance (coming from Europe).
We had a great stay at this hotel.- Centric location; we got to many places walking. It's in a quiet area and close enough to Myeongdong bustling area.The airport bus leaves you about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and the same goes for returning.- The room was clean and spacious.- they offer a luggage storage & laundry. Laundry was not busy though you may need a couple cycles to dry your clothes. - Having a Wowpass machine at the entrance was great; we bought our card and exchanged currency. It was so convenient to charge our cards before heading out.
Offering fresh omelets would be a great addition to breakfast. We didn't like the scrambled eggs; they were a bit soggy.
Close to #2 green subway line, which is main line in Seoul. Located at north edge of Myeongdong distrrict, and Namdaemun market is just one block west.

Clean very close to all the cities and a lot of restaurants . Either walk or take uber. We have to cut out trip by 2 days in the beginning and they are very accommodating. Staffs are all very courteous
