Loved our stay. Staff were polite and very helpful. There were nearby cafes, restaurants and convenience stores, all walkable.

I liked that the hotel was located right next to a train station which was very convenient, a great fitness centre.

It’s clean and very colorful which doesn’t feel gloomy

1. Very poor ventilation in the dinning area. You smell like food afterwards. 2. The staffs don’t really think in customer’s shoes when serving. They keep bringing out food without utensils and i had to wait some time to get the staff’s attention in order to receive it. I am allergic to peanuts and walnuts so i asked about what’s in the dessert. The staff couldn’t answer and had to go ask the chef without confirming what the ingredients are, so he had to go back and ask the chef again. He said it’s not made out of nuts, but he later said it’s almonds… 3. Room service, the rep knew I was the only guest in the hotel room, but he kept repeating what I said prior to getting to the point. It took 1 minute for him to repeat what I said and I just wanted to order my food. It was quite frustrating to get this type of service when they are supposed to be a high end reputable place. I wasn’t feeling great which is why I went to a hotel and it made it very annoying to stay there with poor service like this. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for exceptional service.

Brilliant location - great rooms . THe only improvement I would make is to have a soft pillow and a harder one on the beds ... having JUST soft pillows isn't great. So yeah bar that it was honestly perfect.

Only soft pillows. Breakfast should start really at 6:00am in my opinion.

Great service staff, good value for money, spacious rooms, well equipped gym. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is very well located in Gangnam (there's a taxi driveway on the back and a direct underground connection with the subway). Both the hotel and the room were comfortable and very clean. The personnel are very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite spacious + a very nice pool that was never too crowded.

I messaged when I made the booking to make sure a request is made for an extra bed for my 12 year old. They didn’t inform me earlier that it wasn’t possible. I have stayed in this property before and I was happy. Not sure what happened. The least they can do is inform us it will not be available.

Staff was exceptional. Location was ideal and logistically so accessible. It was also quiet and pleasant.

Room, service, steak restaurant, pool, gym and breakfast were all excellent. Central location in Gangnam, walking distance to some excellent, listed restaurants.

Room wasn't ready for check-in at 3pm. We could not use the balcony of our suite, not even open the door, to let in fresh air. Reason given, a city requirement due to some incidents. Force majeure but still unfortunate.

the food this time was cold and mediocre. I had the continental breakfast last time I was here and it was significantly better. One night used to be around $400 but this time it was $600+

The space is nicely decorated and furnished, with lovely staff members. The best part about it is that the station is literally next to us and a double bonus is that blue bottle is also next to us. Worth it.

Room is decorated in a modern fashion with irregular wall units and decorations. This adds sharp edges to some areas of room and reduces available space in the room. Bathroom looks nice but many flat surfaces retain water or leak slightly.

As a luxury hotel, they can do better with the facilities. Eg I would expect a better quality hair dryer. Andaz Shenzhen uses Dyson. The water boiler is Philips. They call use something with more design elements. There is no welcoming amenities in the room.

Room is awkwardly designed. Not square.Feels a lot smaller than 33 sqm

The location is superb, the subway station is just right there in front of hotel.(Apgujeong exit3). And we can walk to Apgujeong Rodeo Street, and chic restaurant near the hotel. The hotel design is great. Bed sheet and everything is comfortable that make us sleep so well along the trip.

Just only one thing, I decided to upgrade + more paid for the room with balcony, but the hotel staff told us that the balcony is locked we can’t use the balcony. So, I thought I should not upgrade the room and waste the money for this.

Excellent location with direct access from metro and on the orange line. All staff was great, polite and helpful. The room/bathroom was ok size but beautiful and comfortable. The international sockets are super useful. Lots of storage area. The separate toilet was useful with a toto toilet. Bathroom ok with standard+rain shower but with no lock. The free minibar is appreciated. Pool is ok, but like many places in korea, it requires you to wear a cap. The room service food is excellent, super tasty, hot. (unlike the breakfast)

The breakfast was only ok good, but for the prize we paid, it lacks variety and quality. Food items were often not hot. (the room service food was far better)The sink design in bathroom was not good, water often just sits on the flat base and not draining, and tiny small flies were coming out of it. The room make up team always keep changing the soaps and adding new slippers, while appreciated, it seems a little excessive and wasteful. It was above average great but not quite match the prize tag in terms of quality and details. it seems better as a business hotel rather than as a holiday hotel.
