Breakfast was really nice , location was spot on!

The layout of the room is very odd with sink being in the room, no proper wardrobe . The standard room is too small.

The room planning is horrible! The room is tiny and when you enter the room you enter through shower / washing facilities. This makes life very inconvenient if you are 2 people: you cannot change unless you do it in front of your room mate, if you brush your teeth your room mate sees it, when you walk out of shower you have to walk to the corridor close the door - and only after that you can dry yourself with towel. More than that, no ventilation in shower - all the Vapor goes to the room as the door does not close the space until the ceiling. No room for luggage or clothes. Service is very unpleasant- rushing you with breakfast and check out, not helpful at all. Hotel located on a noisy street (corner) and sound insulation is far from the best. Pillow was made of stones or I do not know - could not sleep through the night. If you considering this hotel - book ibis nearby, at least you will not pay fortune! I paid for this hotel the amount as for a five star hotel- but it doesn’t deserve more than 3! Shower was slippery out of dirt. Absolutely no go.

Very clean room, professional and kind staff, and a convenient location. I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Korea, and they never disappoint. I returned after my last stay in February and noticed that they had changed the shower head, upgraded the lighting in the shower, and the room was overall cleaner than before. The bed and bedding were super comfortable as always. Will definitely return to this hotel for my next visit to Korea.

Nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Stayed here for a 5week business trip with my daughter. They took care of us, the staff was amazing, parking was smooth, and more. Nothing but excellency. Will be definitely come back.

I liked the location of where the hotel was at I walked around that area and I liked it, the breakfast was amazing and delicious.

their wasn't anything that I really didn't like but I did wish they had a pool but other than that it was amazing.

Modern and nice room, but a little far from the subway stations being at least a 10 minute walk to either Sinsa or Apujeong stations. Layout of the room is a little bit weird but it is generally spacious and well maintained.

Air-conditioning was not working at first, and we were temporarily provided with a fan for the first few hours of our stay. Not ideal given it was quite hot at the time. Pricey too but relatively speaking for the area, I don't think it was overpriced.

I got bedbug bites during my stay

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, I experienced bedbug bites during my stay. I developed multiple bites on both arms. In response, the hotel moved me to another room of the same type, called pest control, and reimbursed me for a doctor’s visit and medication.While they later confirmed that no bedbugs were found in either room, I ultimately had to dispose of most of my clothing out of caution. I appreciate the steps the hotel took, but I believe the situation could have been handled with more attentiveness and care, particularly given the inconvenience and stress caused. I hope this feedback will help improve how similar situations are managed in the future.

Near the bus lines. Roomy with a nice view, comfortable bed. Hotel was close to all the places on my itinerary.Loved the water filter. Liked the separate room for the toilet. Lots of desk space.

I always stay here when I visit Korea. Staff are quick to respond and provide prompt and professional service. The bed is super comfy, and the room stays clean. Tried out a different hotel for a day but ended up returning here.

During my 17 days stay, there was only one day when the cleaning staff did not do proper cleaning. It wasn't the hotel's fault as they contract third party company for training and sending cleaning staff.

Breakfast was great. I always enjoyed the selections. My fav is the abalone porridge.

The bed in my this time is big. Comfy. However, the working desk is not comfortable. The table is not leveled, 1 table leg probably shorter and that's annoying. I brought a Medium size bag and it doesn't fit the luggage space. The fragrance of shampoo and shower gel is too men like.

Near the place i need to go.

Room was so bad smell, noone turned on air-conditioning to freshen the air. When I came in, I felt vomitting, smell worst then a public coach. Staff saw mew with 4 luggages, struggling to take all to the lift, noone helps. No invoice provided to claim gst for foreigners. Room is Smaller than other same one in soul and not as nice.

The location is OK. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to the underground so not bad but isn’t in the centre. The rooms, hotel lobby and bar area are smaller than they look in the photos.
