I loved location. We almost did not need transportation. You can take a walk to Myeondong or Insadong. A lot of bars and good food around.

staff is kind. close to the center

located on the bar / club street, dirty and smells at night ☹️but still close to the center strongly doffers from pictures. can’t say it was 100% dirty, but still really uncomfortable. if you don’t care about this stuff, this hotel is fine. but i’d say the cleanliness was 3/10. wouldn’t stop here for the second time ☹️staff was kind though

Resembled a love hotel, small unattractive room with mattress covered in protective plastic and latex give aways for a good night?

- Location is great and close (walking distance) to many of the important sights of Seoul. Bars, restaurants, cafes are everywhere around. Seoul station is also very easily accessible.- Staff was helpful

- The hotel looks like it has not undergone any maintenance in many years. The rooms are not in good condition and definitely worse than they look on the photos. Bedsheets, towels etc. look reasonably clean at least, but all the rest needs improvement.

Staff were friendly and helpful and desk manned 24 hours. I was happy to see them everyday. Room was lovely and spacious, excellent air con and bed was super comfy. Super location just steps away from Cheonggyecheon stream. Jonggak station is 2 minutes walk away and 5 min walk at most to the limousine bus stop for airport in front of YMCA. Convenience store 1 minute walk away and an abundance of restaurants on the same street. Cute little supply of coffee, tea, water and toiletries were a lovely touch in the room too, and not only a hairdryer but hair straightener and hair gel too.

Not complaining just general feedback as I was very happy with my stay. There was no wardrobe just 2 coat hangers and nowhere to hang your towel after shower to dry. Great to have a mini fridge but the temperature was not very cold.

Location is great, room big enough. Overall decently good daily cleaned.

Only one elevator so during rush hour or when they are cleaning it can take a while but not a big issue.

There was mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner was dripping, the deadbolt on the door did not work, the outlets did not work and the walls were paper thin.

The building is old, the entrance is a bit shady and the rooms are quite damaged and old. i got many bedbugs bites... the walls were so dirty.. from the photos it looked great but actually in reality was completely different

Location of the hotel is good, but the district is very noisy, there are a lot of bars around so I don’t recommend the place for people with children. Room numbers is ok but the hall is quite dirty

The location was excellent. Close to multiple public transport options and attractions. And also walking distance to many central locations.Good as a central point because the places in had planned to visit were in all directions. I mostly had contact with the late night staff. Very accommodating and understanding of a very late check in after midnight. And very helpful in booking an early morning taxi for me.

A bit difficult to find the first few times because it is very well hidden and not sure where the entrance is. The hair dryer wasn't working to its full potential.

location wise, it was very convenient. Staff was very helpful.

After requesting two keycards, there is only one main card that could tap into the room. I always had to ask the staff to help unlock our room. Not sure why there is age minimum requirement of 19 years old sign in the hotel and condoms provided in the vanity bag.

During my stay, the elevator broke, and I had to climb 8 floors.

This is nicely situated hotel, 5 minutes walk from metro station and in an active neighborhood. The room was clean and first time in my life I've came across hotel that you should just tell at the reception that you want cleaning the room or towel change - yay, no more resource wasting or unnecessary work to be done by cleaning staff! The reception answered all questions (even lent us vacuum cleaner to vacuum clothes bag) and was very helpful. You can leave your stuff before/after check-in/out. There is microwave and free drinks at the reception. I would stay another time, as the value for money was really reasnoable. However I came across near 50% promotion (~80$/night).

The room would benefit from some small cabinet to unpack you luggage.There wasn't any hangers in the bathroom, so the towels had to be hung on top of the doors etc. Easy to fix.You should know that the hotel is situated in a very playful neighborhood. I had no problems sleeping, but plenty of Koreans are dining and drinking nearby. Some might find this disturbing.
