located near sewer and smokers like to smoke near the entrance but thats not hotel¿s fault. no elevator and it can be hard to carry luggage up to 4th floor. leaving window open for long not recommended as bugs may get in and there is no bug screen.

Super friendly and flexible staff! We stayed there for a couple of nights and were able to store our luggage when we left for an overnight in Sokcho. We also utilized their washing service which was excellent! Big recommendation!

Check in instructions for guests who were checking in late were taped on the outside of the main entrance, which seemed a little unsafe as anyone could take it and get in. For late check ins, it would be preferable to have the details sent via messages or email.

I really appreciated the convenient location—it’s perfect for visitors. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There’s no elevator, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Also, there’s a limit on how many towels you can get. The soundproofing wasn’t great—we could clearly hear the cleaning staff in the mornings.

there was a motion activated light that could not be switched off that would go off with movements in the bed. It was disruptive to sleep.

The property was under interior redesign and construction but still accepting customers which is not very nice experience. Our room was freshly done, it was good that we were the first one to use it but the bathroom floor wasn’t completely clean yet. Our second morning (not the check out day) the workers just open our door after he knocked even though when replied there’s people staying inside!! We were shocked by it.

Cozy little place in a very central location. Good value for money. The kitchen and water dispenser were useful. Using a code instead of keys was convenient as my friend and I could freely come and go without having to think about who has the key and when.

The room was a bit shabby, but they were starting renovations after we left so that'll probably be fixed.

Great location, close to train and restaurants. Comfortable and warm room for winter, had everything we needed.

The place was excellent location, really in the hustle and bustle with so many lovely coffee spots around, yummy bakeries and delicious restaurants, metro really close by also

The room itself was horrible. I can smell the mold from the air conditioner and beddings. Nothing feels clean. I was staying on the fifth floor and there is no elevator also there was no stuff to provide any service. There’s a hairdryer in the room but it’s not working. They provide tissue paper but there is a lot of dust on it. Also some of the cables weren’t working. Also the shower room is very humid which also escalate the moldy smells. I could not sleep the whole night. last, the security was not very good. people with intention can easily access your room password.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet corner in the midst of the lively Insadong quarter of Seoul. The guesthouse has kitchen facilities that can be used until 10pm. Note, you have to wash the dishes yourselves (obviously). Many highlights of Seoul (East and West temple) are nearby / on walking distance.

The room seems to be constructed by an amateur construction worker. Like many other guesthouses, the rooms has a small window. And in the bathroom no seperate place to shower. Having said that, the bed was good, a good shower and a clean place.,

The lacation was really nice. Probably the best area to stay if you want to stay in the city center, but without the crowd of Myeongdong. It was nice that we could use the kitchen and the shared space.

We had some bugs. It probably came through the window, but keep in mind. At first none of the two hairdryers from the room didn't work, but they gave us an extra one.
