The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable for getting good sleep.

The room was small. There was no comfortable place to sit.

Awesome location, good view. Convenient store was pretty large compared to other hotels + there's someone working there pretty late (even after midnight) so you can buy alcohol if needed

I had do not disturb sign on, but a staff knocked on my door and came inside while I was in bed. (thankfully I wasn't sleeping or I would have been very mad). This never happened on other hotels I stayed in Korea.

I dont think my stay included breakfast. The location was amazing. I would like to experience your other Ibis Hotels. Interested in the Myeongdong Hotel as I saw there was a hot tub.... not sure how easy it would be to access, however, an interesting amenity.

Nice hotel to stay. Clean & comfort.

Hotel price expensive, Breakfast expensive, too simple dish, food serve not up to my expectation. Not enough man power to clean up the table to prepare for another guess.We have to take the fork & spoon ourselves, move other guess plates away in order to have breakfast at unclean table. That does not make sense. I hope hotel management need to look into this matter seriously.

View was beautiful, breakfast was quite nice; mixture of western and Korean. Bed was so comfortable.

Breakfast variety didn’t change as much as I thought.

The room was very clean and tidy. I have plenty of space for me, perfect for working as well.

If you travel by train, the walk is a bit far. Also before reaching destinated station, there’s a lot of stairs and walks to go through which is very tiring. Around the hotel has NOTHING except the casino and hotel restaurants. I found it a bit too quiet.

The rooms are clean, the location is good, in room tv offers a wide range of channels

Some of the staffs did not smile and some were not fluent in English. For example I asked one of the staff if I would be able to get a taxi to airport from the hotel. I was told that I need to walk to a location quite a distant from the hotel to get a taxi. Later I asked another staff, who told me to go to the concierge desk, which I did. And I got my taxi with the help from a staff at a concierge desk.

I came here already 3 times, but still this is the best Hotel someone can wish for. It is simple and clean.The rooms look funny and transport and shops are extremely close.

Friendly , accommodating staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location to Yongsan station makes traveling the city easy.

The sauna was under renovation.

first attempt room tried, supposed be non-smoking room, but it smelled ciggaret, so got it changed to a different room, and was ok. The master light switch panel(only way to control) in the room didn't work well whole time, but managed to work it out pressing multiple times. It was 2days before my check-out, and the day I was leaving, it didn't work at all so I had to get ready without lightings in the room, bad makeup! :...(

Convenient location and the same hotel building for the BTS Australia Tour and just needed to cross to the next lobby. A good central place for the Yongsan station to go elsewhere, a iPark Mall next door to do shopping and food hunting. And walking distance to the HYBE building and other places. It was perfect for travelers and any kpop fans. Plus they were still promoting Seventeen's Happy Burstday album. So had a chance for photo ops of the banner and the wall mural... hit 2 birds with 1 stone.

The proximity of Yongsan Station and the convenience store in the building.The staff was polite and did their best to find a solution to my issue (which was not solved completely though)

The pillows, duvet and one of the two mattress topers are made of feathers.I asked for alternative bedding as I am very allergic to feathers and there was none. The staff did their best to find me a pillow and a blanket (after being extremely baffled by my request and telling me at first that there was no alternative!) but they obviously did not know that the mattress toper was made of feathers as well. I found out after three nights when my allergies did not subside. At that time, I was tired to speak to the staff about that ongoing issue and I put the mattress toper in the closet but it is disappointing that no one knew about it. The overall cleanliness of the room was not great. There was hair remaining on the floor every day after the cleaning and the last day, our bed was not even made.

Beautiful entrance, clean and well kept. My specific room had a knockout view of NSeoul tower. Location close to a metro station was convenient.

Location wasn’t close to a lot of small restaurants and shops (except the mall nearby), and it didn’t feel like an area I’d want to walk around in (lots of big streets and traffic).

Clean, friendly staff.

Difficult for driver to find. No light for just the toilet. Room was a bit cramped.

They did not tell me in advance that the sauna was not free (fee included was a surprise).The elevators were very slow,The staff was nice except Lilah, the receptionist who received me early on May 14th, She was not nice at all, and did not help me at all, even though I said I was coming from a LONG 13 hours flight,On the other hand, Mr. David Jung and Miss Sasha Park were very kind.

The receptionist Lilah was rude and incompetent,Elevators were slow,Sauna was not free,

Everything about this place was top notch. From checking-in, to amenities, to room service, to storage services to checking out, each and every step of our stay was a moment worth praising.The staff was the friendliest and most helpful people I have come across during my trip. Everything that I needed from the hotel, was literally a phone call away to the reception. I could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip to Seoul!Definitely coming back to this hotel when we revisit Seoul.

Clean and complete amenities. Very near the subway station and mall.

Location good, clean and good breakfast .

No family rooms. I had booked for my daughter also and there was no pull out bed for her.
