H Avenue Hotel Idae Shinchon

The staffs are nice.

The bathroom is horrible. There are molds on the bathroom tile.

The staff at this hotel was so kind and helpful. We had new towels every day and new water bottles. It's also just a five minute walk to the nearest subway station and across the street from a bus station.

It was located at a busy intersection and it was so loud outside at all times. Card always honking and police/medical sirens almost every hour. There was also mold in the bathroom. The towels we received were always stained and the bed sheets were pilled.

Bathroom wasn't clean, bidet didn't work, staff were okay.

Front Desk was kind. The room was simple but efficient. Breakfast was included but didn't have time to take it.The View was nice from 10th floor ?

Bed too soft but that's my opinion.

The location is very good, 3 minutes walk to Seoul Metro. And there are restaurants and KTVs nearby that open at late night. The room size is just enough for 2 people with 3 luggage. And it is clean. Though the building is not very new, the facilities is fine. Bath water is hot enough.

The room service system is a little bit confusing. I use the “house keeping” tag on door but they skip adding supplies. If you need cleaning just don’t put anything on the door, they will clean every day by default.

The location and price was perfect the staff spoke English and we're friendly and helpful.

The elevator with the carpet was smelly, due to damp from rain, it should be removed as the second lift was perfectly fine and had no carpet. The breakfast was fine and simple, but getting a seat was difficult sometimes as the lobby gets full fast.

I like the size of the room and beds. It was simple but just what I wanted. I liked that they offer breakfast and have drinking water for you everyday

There was visible mold in the bathroom, it was everywhere and seemed like they were not doing anything to prevent or get rid of it. They never vacuumed the floor of the room during our stay which by the end was filthy.

Location is pretty good at the main road. It is between Ewha and Shinchon station.Around the hotel has many 7-11, CU, GS25 stores.

Tables and chairs at breakfast front are not enough for travelers.Breakfast menus are no more choice.They have only 1 elevator when busy time we are waiting too long time.

Simple breakfast. Location not far from Hondae (Hongik) just 2 stations. Hotel in the middle between Sinchon and Ewha station, not too much different. Next hotel has a cheap grocery/super market. Can drop bags both of check in and check out date.

Wi fi password is not listed in the room . TV is not user friendly to operate despite a menu card is placed on the table.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. They also spoke English well enough to assist me as needed and answer any of my questions. The room cleaners were efficient, although they forgot to clean my room one day during my stay, but it wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast offerings were adequate. If one is in a rush, the food is fine. Otherwise I would suggest having breakfast elsewhere. The wifi connection in my room was poor if it worked at all. The front desk staff suggested I connect to another room on my floor, using the same wifi password. This actually worked when necessary.

Staff was very helpful when requested for a room with a bathtub (Extra fee but I didn't mind). Housekeeping very attentive and always asked if I needed any amenities on days I didn't need the room cleaned. Asked for an upgrade so got room with extra space for packing, closet space, and bathtub. Bathroom soap, shampoo, and conditioner were really nice. Location not too far from nice eateries and coffee shops.

Room was dusty in many areas (Window net, safety deposit box area, TV console area) which was not good for someone with allergies like me ? Could have hot water kettle in room.

I almost always stay here for a few days as the rooms are comfortable and very value for money. The location is great and I would strongly recommended more visitors staying in this neighbourhood than somewhere like Myeongdong.

Perhaps the rooms need more thorough sweeping to remove stray hairs. Toilet and beds are fine otherwise!

Location pretty close to transportation, about 5 minutes slow walk from closest bus station/subway station. Cozy room with nice view. Staffs were nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Wish they had different types of pillows that we can choose from. It was a bit too shallow for my friend's liking. The check-in time was a bit late (4pm), but we are okay.
