Room is cleaned , space for 24 inc. luggages is fine, comfort shower room and toilet.Hotel is near metro, bus station and 8 minutes walk to airport bus stop.There are convenience store near hotel.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the Janghanpyeong station exit 1. There is also a bus station exactly opposite of the property making accessibility awesome.Around the property have a lot of convenience store and a supermarket just 10 minutes walk away.

Air conditioning likely not well maintained as it irritates the throat whenever it was on.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, refrigerator and teapot.

No microwave anywhere in the hotel and our thermostat kept getting reset while we were out for the day.

I like the location of the hotel near to restaurants, coffee shops and laundry machines and bus and train stations.

Staff were ok… not so friendly. I work in the hospitality industry at the hilton hotel for 25 years and we give a warm welcome to our guest. Even if theres a language barrier, customer service is only one language… atlst learn how to be more welcoming…

The hotel accommodated my wish to be on a higher floor. Overall, I could recommend the location. The hotel is very close to metro line 5, which takes about 30 minutes to get to the city centre with a transfer. There are also several restaurants in the area where you can eat in the evening. The location is quiet, also accessible by bus. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were already worn out but the hotel tried to clean all the rooms.

The room was carpeted, probably not vacuumed very often. There was a lot of dust in the room. Who has allergies felt it every morning. There were not enough hangers, there was not a single hook in the bathroom where you could hang a towel. The drawers were much used, we did not use them for hygiene reasons. The reception staff were not very friendly, they were aloof. However, he did everything that was necessary to accommodate us.

Great shower and location.

No plugs beside the bed.

The room is big and many storage. Housekeeping very nice service

Wish that there are heated toilet and floor towel but it is optional.

Rooms are clean. Safety is good.

Breakfast variety of items not much, specifically for vegetarians. Staff's behaviour is indifferent. Restaurant ambience can be better. The pick up service from Airport should be provided.

Nothing much . I got a big room which is about the good thing on this stay.

The hotel looked old. The location wasn’t central. Breakfast buffet was terrible. No laundry bags or toiletries were given

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist spoke English, which made check-in easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with restaurants, public transportation, and a convenience store nearby. The price was exactly what I expected for the quality and space provided.The only downside was the lack of a bidet in the restroom, which I personally missed, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and great location!

I just hope that there is a bidet in the restroom :)

The hotel location is very convenient. Not far from metro. There are lots of places to eat up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spaces enough for two people. We had a room on the 17th floor with a nice view. Beds were comfortable and big enough. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom needed a bit of freshing up but clean and spacious.

Rooms are a bit old school but it might grow in you A door for the bathroom would be a nice touch

Seoul, over all is expensive for accommodation.

The property was cheap

The property was so dirty. When we checked In they gave us a slip of paper and said you can only use hot water for shower for 30min only. We went to our room to find the room wall socket was sticky, the bed sheet had stains and the table had stains of food. I complained and asked to be moved into a different room to find out when we came back the toilet seat had blood as it was I cleaned and sealing with mosquito stains and walls with stains and shower will mould growing. It was absolutely Disgusting to the point our stay was supposed to be until the 9th but we asked for refund and checked out the next day to go to different hotel. Never going to this hotel

Very good location, near the station, Lotte Mart, Olive Young. Not too far from famous travel destination.The room kinda big and clean

Bathroom and toilet are stinky. Maybe because of the drain I guess

I liked that the staff was able to securely mind our luggage after we checked out at midday. Left it with concierge to spend our last few hours shopping and came back to 5pm to pick it up. So grateful for that . Customer service were fluent in English and it helped. Able to provide advice on where to go.

Unfortunately the rooms smelt like bleach. Unlike the corridors that smelt lovely . Not enough pillows on bed.

Attractive location. Friendly staff. Reasonable facilities.It is very cost-effective. Although there is no bathtub, a clean bathroom welcomes guests. It is close to the subway station and close to major roads. Great location. Convenience stores and various restaurants are nearby. I was completely satisfied.

It is far from central Seoul. Wifi was a bit slow.
