Very clean, conveniently located at central location. Staff helps you out in friendly manner. Better than normal US hotel of same caliber.

Not trying to be harsh, but the staff at reception did the minimum, didn¿t see overly excited to help me. Anyway, it was just ok. I hoped for more. Sorry.

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Though it is on the side of the street but it doesn’t bother us. The area itself was pretty prestigious especially the Apgujeong Rodeo. Bus stop is very near, but the metro is quite far. They also have airport shuttle service where you need to pay KRW 110.000 to the airport. Staffs are all helpful, they even handle my package well.

perfect location that is in the PRIME area. close to all foods, shopping, and cosmetic clinics. very comfortable and safe, perfect for a solo female traveler like me!

The wifi absolutely sucked. It dropped out frequently, was slow, and meant that I was hotspotting instead of using their wifi because it would lag so much. Couldn't even load a youtube video without buffering.

I didn’t realize I wouldn’t have a tub but I guess that comes down to room availability. At time of checking wasn’t able to switch because of occupancy but you can always ask. Everything else was fine

Loved the funky design of the hotel from the outside, the big room size, the mattress quality, the cleanliness and the view to Namsan. The reception staff was very helpful and it was very practical that there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also located on a great, chic street and area and there wasn't any noise noticable from the room.They have a nice bar on the top floor, too. As another reviewer noted, it feels quite luxurious without the hotel trying too hard or costing too much.I would stay here again!

It takes some time to go to anywhere outside of Cheongdam/Gangnam/Dosan area with the interchanges needed from bus to metro (ca. 45mins). Walking outside is a bit of a workout since the street is hilly.

- good location, very close to the bus stops, 10-15 min walk to Sinsa / Apgugeong- nice room, clean, view of Seoul Tower

- room ran out of shampoo / shower gel halfway through the stay and was not replenished

Very clean room. Good location if go to Hyundae department store. Also walk distance to the subway station. Gym is available.

Internet didn’t work well. So we had to use our own WiFi.

The location and how easy access to both side out and north side of Seoul. Very quiet and such a great place to just chill at night and finding aconvenient store. And the room was spacious! Great deal

The room size for the price wasn’t as it looks in the picture The bathroom is so small I would call it a shower room. It wasn't worth the price . The room was cold , and the heating system was turned and could not be regulated by guests. Also the towels are so old. No extra toothpaste in the room or toiletries

Great price, comfortable and clean. Room isn’t too large but we stayed in the 2 twin bed room. Decent location with a bus stop nearby. Apgujeong station is about a 10 mins walk. We got 2 bottles of water daily which is nice.

The staff were so polite and professional. I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s great value and great location especially if you have a bunch of meetings in Gangnam. I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated me! My overall stay was comfortable!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much this hotel offers for such a reasonable price. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect — close to restaurants, and shops.Upstairs pub was a nice surprise and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Considering the amenities, service, and convenience, this hotel definitely delivers great value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay without overspending!
