Very convenient

The housekeepers were tremendously nice. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was ok - usually a 15 minute taxi from Hanyang University. Fitness room was adequate. Laundry room good. It is difficult to control the temperature in the room, and the AC was a bit cold.

Most people at the front desk were good, but some did not have good English, leading to confusion at times. The Terrace restaurant is not open after breakfast. The coffee shop and other restaurant are good. 7-11 open 24 hours is very helpful. I found the notice scary (in English, fortunately) that if you go into the stairwell you cannot get out unless you have your room key.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room I shared with my friend was spacious enough for the two of us; the toilet was also the right size.What I liked most was they let us keep our luggage at the hotel even if we've already checked out.

A bit of a walk to the nearest subway station but other than that overall stay was pleasant.

Stunning room! Pretty close to bus stop and subway station but it was also fun walking to nearby shops. There is a 7eleven right downstairs so if we needed a snack we were always sorted.

Good value for money. There are several convenience stores nearby. The cleanliness is acceptable，just found the belongings of the previous guests beside the bed.

Location was close to many bus stops and one train station Sinseol-dong.Front reception staff were very helpful. We were able to store luggage there when we were away to Jeju Island (since we were coming back to this hotel again).There was coin-operated washing machine and dryer for guests.There was 7-11 store on-site, making it very convenient to buy things.

I liked the staff as they were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge too. Also the cleaners kept very good care when tidying up.

The only thing I didn’t like was some noisy guests but that isn’t the hotels fault.

The size of room was good. Bathroom was a decent size. The staff at the lobby was cordial and kind, always willing to help.

The pillow was a little soft. The washing machines located on 2nd floor had mold. It would be good if the management maintain those properly as we paid to use that

Nice hotel in good location from which you can easily reach any part of Seoul thanks to 2 min lines subway 300 meters form the hotel. Very clean hotel, good service. Just not possible to have breakfast, but possible to have a nice breakfast just in a Caffé in the same building with a special discount.

The room was very clean! The wifi was very fast, and the corridors of the hotel were very clean too.this is an excellent hotel! The staff at the reception is really very very nice, a lady every night greet me very warmly when I came back to the hotel! this is really a small detail that is really important!There are 2 small supermarkets (Cu and Gs25) next to the hotel, a subway station not far away. Hotel well locatedI would certainly come back to this excellent hotel.

Very disappointing stay. This was the start of our trip so I regret booking this hotel. Very poor water pressure. Nothing in place for mosquitos . Asked for an extra blanket and was told its impossible . The room interior doesn't live up to the photos online and is also a lot smaller than pictured. I would not stay again and considered leaving and finding a different hotel mid way through our stay.

The bathroom was nice

Our room was super hot all day long (28 degrees celsius) while it was cold outside. We asked the hotel manager to lower the temperature of our room but apparently somehow this was not possible. We got a fan to use in our room, however got sick in the first week after arriving in korea because of these huge temperature changes between outdoors and inside the hotel. When asking for a compensation we got nothing, the only option that was given to us was to find a different hotel and we would get back our money, but everything was fully booked.Bad customer support and bad room condition for such a seemingly big hotel. Also they told me the price i paid for 3 weeks in the hotel “was not a lot of money” so I should just accept it? Which I thought was very rude, how can they assume our financial situation?

Fresh towels EVERYDAY. Near bus stops, near a park. Hotel staff was accommodating.

Not a big problem for me but to some it might matter: they don’t have ironing service even though they have it on the form for laundry.

Location was near the subway station so it was convenient.The room was clean and comfortable enough.Staff were friendly.We had a pleasant stay.

The shower head is a little inconveniently placed and isn't adjustable so it was a little uncomfortable.

The staff was my favourite thing about this hotel - they were so helpful and nice! And their English was really good. Definitely will come back!

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was enclosed. The hot water was very good. It’s very quiet. It’s value for money.

The location is quite far from the main tourist area. If you take subway 1, take exit 6. There was no escalators only stairs in/out from station.

The room was really clean when we first checked in. Everything was working well. The bathroom is well designed and the toilet flush worked great. The bed is really soft and comfortable. Not sure if there is soundproofing in the room but the noise level was always good and it was really quiet majority of the time which allowed for a good night's sleep everyday. The location is good as there are several nearby bus stops and convenience stores. You also get a discount for drinks at the cafe located beside the hotel. There are also a lot of really good food within walking distance of the hotel.

- Majority of the counter/service staff were really unfriendly and unenthusiastic. When we checked in, the counter staff was really cold and uninterested. When we were returning to the hotel, we asked the counter staff for water and he refused (not politely btw) saying we already have water in our rooms. We were confused as the counter staff (the only nice staff we encountered) on the previous day did give us water when we asked.- On one of the days, we heard ONE knock on our door and before we could react/respond, the door was opened by a cleaning staff. We DID NOT activate the room make-up service, so we were extremely confused. And on top of that, she proceeded to tell us to leave the room in 30 minutes so she could clean. LMAO. We simply complied and kept quiet as we didn't want any problems, considering the service has been really dismissive so far. - On one of the days, we found a piece of hair on my friend's bedsheets (not ours) when we returned to the hotel. It seemed like the sheets wasn't cleaned properly or changed.- On the day of check out, they called our room to tell us we have to leave in 15 minutes. I understand and appreciate reminders like this but the staff was really rude with his tone. In previous experiences with other hotels, they usually ask guests if things went well or if they require any assistance. But here it was: You need to check out in 15 minutes, ok thanks, bye.None of the issues mentioned above can be attributed to language barriers as my friend is a local who speaks Korean fluently. And we were always respectful and polite the entire time, so being treated like this was really unpleasant. This hotel has great potential, please improve your service and staff attitudes.
