We had the best cleaner for our hotel room in level 5. She was absolutely wonderful and kept our room in a tip top shape. Kudos to ajumma for a very wonderful stay!We absolutely loved the laundry facilities. It is nice to have freshly laundered clothes when you have been travelling for a few weeks.We must also praise the reception staff for being accommodating. We were stuck at the COEX Mall during the small fire a few weeks ago, and we were a little bit late to check out. Thank you so much for understanding.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, all the classics for both western and eastern tastes with a couple of rotating options to keep things fresh. The hotel was clean and well furnished. I got sick while there and the staff actually made sure I still got my complimentary water despite my turning down room service and the lovely cleaner even brought me an extra box of tissues completely unasked just because I clearly needed them.The location was convenient for public transport, one bus stop is literally just outside the front door and three others are easy 2-3 minute walking distance. The location was close to some of the more upscale locations I wanted to visit too like Coex mall.

I have a few minor grievances, nothing that would stop me from staying there again but still less than ideal. The first of which was the whine of the water pump. I only noticed it in the last few days of my stay but then I couldn't unhear it. Every time I or the neighbour above me turned the water on there was a whining sound that was quite annoying.Second and this one is really petty but the elevators play a little jingle advertisement every 4.5 seconds that gets incredibly grating if you have to ride it for more than a minute.The third and final minor thing I didn't like was something someone else might love. The breakfast hours change based on weekday vs weekend. It shifts from 6-10 to 7-11 on Saturdays and Sundays. As someone who likes to keep a consistent schedule while travelling it actually messed up my rhythm a tiny bit and it meant that on my last day (a Sunday) I was not able to get breakfast before heading to the airport.All in all though this was a great hotel that I would still happily stay at again.

It is conveniently located in Gangnam, near and within walking distance to the Coex Convention center/shopping mall. The train station is nearby and there are plenty of convenient shops as well.Gym is 24hrs :)

Just a small detail, but unfortunately during my stay there were road works opposite the hotel.

Good location near the river and close to Coex and Apujeong.

Comfortable rooms.

A very convenient location to discover Seoul. The MRT is very close to the hotel with cosy cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores in the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I recommend this hotel.

The room temperature was a bit too high despite the air conditioning setting.

Great business hotel in Gangnam. Very nice breakfast.

Gym could be a bit better

It was clean and functional for my purpose.

I stayed in room 401 and the lighting system was malfunctioning. It took a lot of button pressing for the lights to turn off and on. Please look into it.

Great hotel, quiet location. Rooms were very clean, fully endowed and staff extremely helpful!

Bed is soft/hard just right, good location- airport shuttle station is in 1 min walking distance, close to bus/metro station, 24hrs gym.

I put do not disturb sign, however I just got bottle water the first day, rest 3 day- nothing. But front desk gave me if I asked.

This hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions. It was walkable to Coex and other site in Gangnam. It was close to public transportation to easily access the rest of Seoul. The room was clean and spacious. The room had a great view of the Han River. The staff was accommodating and kind.

The bed was pretty firm, which isn't my preference. But overall a great room and stay.

The bathroom walls are all frosted glass so a bit awkward when you’re showering or using the toilet
