WONDERFUL staff, excellent value

The location, the cleanliness, safe, near to everything that you should visit. The front desk staffs are very helpful . Also something that is significant is- we are on Do Not Disturb mode and the next day you will see a basket at the front door with replenishments of clean towels, tissue and water bottle refill. Yes the water bottles are free. We stayed in the family triple room. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Korea and explore.

Our room had good space for luggage and good space for my family of 4! The shower was nice and the room was clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and spoke English! I also really liked the keyless entry.

The rug in the elevator kept catching our luggage wheels

Beds were so so so comfortable. Room was clean, staff were so welcoming. Absolutely loved this hotel, and having 3 beds so our 9 & 11 year olds were arguing was the best part of all. Fabulous hotel, walked to everything.

Everything was good

The rooms were comfortable and a pretty good size. Beds were comfortable and kept clean. The area was OK, with some nice restaurants nearby.

the carpet in rooms needs to be updated a.s.a.p. They were all stained and pretty gross. One of our rooms was facing a pretty loud street.

Good location easy access to metro line 1/2/5 and close. Although the facilities are not the most up to date, the stay is a convenient and comfortable one. The staffs are especially nice and accommodating.

Staff are very kind and super helpful! My niece suddenly got sick , they were helping us to find a clinic and looking for pharmacy. Location is good and very close to metro station Matras & pillows were sooo confortable We were planning to move to other hotel but we extend their for all our stay in Seoul Thank you guys and see you again !

Only the carpet in the floor needs to be changed , it give a look that the room is old but it’s not .

Good position, clean, friendly and helpful staff

Check in and check out process was super easy, room was cleaned daily, was a comfortable size, and conveniently located. Very easy access to food stalls, shopping, restaurants and major sites. Bonus, luggage scale at front desk helped us prevent oversized baggage fees at airport.

The onsite breakfast place never seemed to be open which would have been nice to get a quick breakfast but not a super big deal since it’s also close to good food spots like A Plus Cafe, Lotteria, Paik’s coffee, and Starbucks.

Really nice staff and value for money! Only issue was that the lights in the room were rather dim and one night, I arrived back at the hotel to find that the cleaning staff had left my door open and unlocked. Despite that, the location was really good (but not many restaurants around) and good amenities!

Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Has bidet toilet . About 5-10 minutes walk from metro. Reception area has many tables and chairs to allow guests to sit down to eat their purchased food

Ive booked here for the second time, location wise personally i love it not to crowded. Walkable to Gwanjang Market and Dongdaemun (DDP plaza)If you come from Seoul Station and with luggage i would suggest to stop at Euljiro-3ga Exit5little bit far from hotel but if with luggage its better using lift but if you dont have luggage use exit7-8 the exit is very close to hotel. For the room i booked the room with 2double bedmore space and the room is soo comfortable. I love the fact they have smart key you can access the door and check out just using your phone.The have area you can store luggage (locker) but limitedThey have hair dryer,mineral water,towel,and most importantly they have bidet. Ill definitely book here again

The room was very spacious and clean, with large wide windows. The location is very close to the DDP plaza, this area has many restaurants and shops, also steps away from a subway stop. Lockers are available for guest luggage. Code entry locks on the door is convenient.

No parking is available if you have a car. The cafe in the lobby doesn't seem to be active or open.

The rooms are small but perfect for after a day of exploring. The room was neat and tiday and serviced everyday

Quiet neighborhood

The lights don’t light up the whole room/sink area so it is a bit dark. The shower water was cold sometimes or only heated up after being on for 15 minutes. Also the shower head makes the water very prickly on the skin so it is uncomfortable to shower

The room is spacious

-Lights were so dim in the room. Couldn't do makeup anywhere in the room with all the lights on, not even at the vanity. Had to do my makeup in the bathroom with the brightest light in the room.- Carpets in the room and corridors are old and tired-Certain places along the corridor and staircase are eerie - No food or restaurants around the hotels especially from evening

Location good, just crashed in for the night as i didn't want to travel back to my other hotel.

Instant coffee, i missed. There were 2 usb outlets but none was functioning. No charger available at reception.
