Very convenient location. Airport bus stop is just outside the door. Subway is a short walk away.

great hotel, dongdaemun is a great district cause less touristy and has a great local vibe. the hotel has a stop of the airport shuttle just in front of it so its a great location. overall nice hotel nice room and great pricethey give water everyday, cleaning staff is so nice :)

Very close to the subway, it's also convenient to get to through the airport limousine and you're able to walk to the DDP through the underground (metro system) in around 10 minutes.

In general, everything was quite old and the lobby area was cramped with not much security (anyone could get in)/help with luggage. A few nights, there would be drunkards hanging right outside the hotel but no one would tell them to leave.

Great location and clean rooms. It wasn't spacious, but there were enough space for 2 large suitcases. Also it was quiet and the internet connection was good. Great place for the first visit — all main tourist locations are nearby.

Staff were great and let us store our luggage two days earlier than our check in date. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from Gwangjang market and fast food chains like Lotteria, Burger King and McDonalds. Also a short walk to the nearest subway station and a bus into Myeongdong that you can get on just round the corner. The toilet and shower facilities were great. Air con worked best and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful location. On and off stop for ICN airport is just at the hotel. Very easy for transportation.Room space is enough.

Sound proofing is not so good so it might make guests hear the laughing and talk next door.

Great stay! The room was awesome for 1 night as we were headed for Busan the next day. We caught the 6001 bus from Incheon airport and it stopped right infront of the hotel. We prepaid our booking so it was very quick checking, no issues.

Location close to Gwangjang Market, DDP and not too far from Myeongdong area. There is shuttle bus 6001 direct from the airport and stop in front of the hotel. Large bathroom with big bathtub.

My stay was pretty comfortable and accessible to different locations.

No free coffee in the hotel room unlike most hotels. Also, the bathroom (shower area) does not have a partition all the way to the bottom so the floor is completely wet.

The best years of the hotel have passed a while ago. Dirty old towels, everything in the rooms is a bit banged up. Everything else was okay

there was a shuttle bus stopping every 25 so minutes from the hotel gate and it was a convenient trip back to airport. street next to the hotel there were local farmers market which was interesting

The location was nice and was easily accessible through public transport. The area was quiet. The room was nice and neat.

There was a high pitched, squealing noise from water pipes which woke us up in the morning and kept us up at night. When reported to the staff, they seemed unaware of the issue. Besides that, everytime the AC was turned on it would make noises, almost as if it was about to fall from the ceiling. The walls were also damaged.

Highlight for the hotel is the airport bus stop is directly at the hotel entrance.

1.Other hotel stayersWe were often woke up startled by the slamming of door late at nights. The room door is heavy. Poor sound proof on wall cos we. an hear our neighbours guest talking. Either they talked loud or the walls thin. 2. Prep your own toothbrush, shaver or comb. Not provided by hotel except shower gel and shampoo.3. Air con seems set at certain temperature. So once it reaches certain temp, air con is off and reactivate once it room temp is higher then en preset temp4. Not really near to subway station.5. 2 lifts. got to wait for a few lifts to go by during peak hours. 8am plus, literally waited for 5 lifts to gone by cos it was full. I stayed at 7th floor 6. Lobby is small and always crowded.

The location is good, relatively quiet with good restaurants nearby.

There was no body soap, and the staff didn't have any. I had to take a shower with hand soap. Worse, the toilet was not working properly. The panel on the countertop wasn't operational and when I flushed with the button it ended up without water, filling the bedroom with a sewage smell.

Location and bus link to the airport was fantastic. Staff were helpful and communicated in English which helped me.

The bedding was damaged (ripped) and even stained. I requested it to be replaced and received clean but equally tired sheets.

The room is spacious enough to open 2 or 3 M-sized suitcases. We stayed in the 20th floor and the view was beautiful. Big windows allow sunlight to fill the whole room in the day. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There are a few 24/7 convenient stores around.

Soundproofing can be better. I heard someone snoring from another room. And the sounds in the hallway were disturbing.The location may not be the best for those who like night life experience. It gets quite tranquil at night in this area. You must walk for 10-20min to reach the busier area (DDP). The public transport stations are a little bit far too.

The location is good and the staff is friendly and respond to requests fast

There is a strange smell from the toilet, some fishy smell, makes the room smells bad, seems like there is no air ventilation, even when I opened all the switches.
